Mikey stood next to barry as the rose for judge cai quincey of the mystic city he let out a small sighing noise as he rubbed his brothers scarf he then payed attention to what was going on 

today was the day splinter would get what he deserved for killing leo raph and donnie mikey looked across the room at his former father that (*bleep*) 

mikey hopped he would get what he deserved and his brothers will be able to rest in peace upon having their justice alvaina the lawyer barry hired for the case stood next to him with all the evidence needed to send the idiot to jail 

the lawyer for splinter seemed under expierienced like this was his first trial infact mikey scuffed huddling himself against barry who stroked his hair 

its going to be alright barry said 

please sit the judge finally said as they all sat mikey sighed he could not get on his phone nor read a book nor color and draw 

he had to be ready for when the judge called him forth to present him a list of things he had written down he has not throughly learned sign language yet so he could not fully communiate yet 

first to the witness was april she mentioned how he constantly sreamed and hit them while she was there and they were constantly skinny and starving  she started crying as she approached the times they showed up whipped cut beat up burnt 

YOU HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE THREE OF MY FOUR BEST FRIENDS AND LEAVE THE FOURTH MUTE she started sobbing WHEN I NEED A HUG I ONLY HAVE THE MASKS THEY LEFT BEHIND ONCE AT MY PLACE I CANT EVEN TELL MY PARENTS BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT UNDERSTAND 

she sobbbed wiping her tears from her eyes I HOPE YOU ROT she growled she wipped her tears walking off the podiuem 

i am sorry you have to expierience this pain ms Oneil judge cai said april sat down on the chair on barrys side as she grabbed tissues and wipped her eyes 

next was piebald who had seen it all splinter had her before she was flushed and she found out that he beat the turtles up after their fun little prank later that night she described most things she saw beating starving dehydrating slavery harm she shuddered i shall not ever consider a yo caretaker she said angered above her head i will loathe you for this she said

then there was todd who had a tearful expression he actally had helped with the after lunch of the funeral making lemonade an sandwiches 

he sniffed holding a picture of the boys at his farm they all had an assigned puppy theyd each go to when they came and played with for hours teach them tricks drink lemonade and theyd play with all my puppies

he sniffled again i felt like a father figure to them when i saw them running off with my gardening tool weapons determined to stop the bad guys  i was not present for their death but i can hear their screams at night if only id be there to save them if only i found out sooner but now three are gone and ones mute and forever scared 

soon it was mikey he stepped up and handed the judge the note he wrote for his speech he sighed sitting down

it all started when raph could first walk he kicked raph down then hit him he did it to all of us eventally and it just got worse by the year

it got the worst of all when i revealed i was helping my second father barry redeem himself and adjust to society after learning he just wanted a family 

leo and donnie eventually came out as bisexual and gay it just got worse untill we were all fed up 

that night we were going to sneak barry into our house and show him what was happening behind everything when he tied us up and dangled us over that fire

when i tried to escape i got knocked out and had burns on my throat and i awoke to news that made me wish i had burned to death to 

mikey sobbed recalling alll the terrible memories of splinter espescally that dreaded night when he realised he was not going to see his brothers again 

he looked his past dad straight in the eye and signed one of the many things he knew he wasnt done with therapy yet but he certaintly knew this

after what felt like three days but really was three more hours of 'your honnor'

he was going to let out the best scream he could he remembered his brothers joking about his screams and being so loud he smiled

for identidy theft

for illegal fighting

for breaking and entering 

for multiple charges of theft 

for war crimes 

for child abuse 

for kidnapping

for three counts of murder to minors

for injuring a minor into critical condition leaving him to be traumatized and forever mute for lie

i setence you to death by firing squad two weeks from now

the crowd cheered happy for the justice for  the three turtles who died and surviving turtle

mikey hugged barry smiling and even crying his brothers were avenged truelly
