Valentines Day Special- Park Jimin

A/N: sorry this has been delayed heavily, I am truly sorry. I wanted to post these earlier but I couldn't. I promise I will try to update all three by tomorrow night. FYI, I probably won't open the request until next week. That way I could do them when spring break comes. Once again I'm sorry, but I hope you still like it. 

Y/n's POV: 

Today, Jimin and I had planned to go to the beach together. He asked me if I had any plans since it was Valentines Day, but I told him no. He's my best friend and has recently began to grow feelings but the fear of rejection is in the back of my head. Anyways enough of that, I decided to stop thinking about that and began to get my things ready for the beach. It was almost 12 pm and the beach was about 1 hour away.  I wore an oversized t-shirt, some shorts, and a pair of shoes. Though it was somewhat hot today, I didn't have any plans to get in the water. After I finished getting ready, I heard a honk from Downstairs. I locked my door and got into Jimins car. 

"Heyy y/n, ready to have fun?" he said and wiggled his eyebrows. I laughed and told him just to start driving. He nodded and began to drive to the beach. After an hour or so, we got to the beach. Then I got off and he got his bag and a basket of. We picked a place that was close to the water but not too close. He kneeled down and took out a blanket from the basket, Then laid it and put up an umbrella as well. He then set the basket on the blanket. "Sit, aren't you hungry?" he said. I smiled and nodded. I sat down next to him and he took out some sandwiches, fruit, and desserts like cookies and brownies.  We both began to eat and talked about our day. 

After 40 mins or so, we finished eating and just sat there talking. "oh- I almost forgot, I need to go get something from my car." Jimin said and began to walk. after five mins or so he still hadn't returned and I turned around and saw him talking to a girl. She was very beautiful and had a very perfect body shape. I decided to look away and take a deep breath. I looked around at all of the happy couples. I slightly smiled. Though I was hurt, I decided I would be happy for Jimin. He has been my best friend for a long time. Then I felt someone tap my shoulder. I looked to my left and saw Jimin. He smiled and said, "Sorry that took a while, Some random girl was trying to get my number but she was very ignorant and wouldn't leave so I gave her a fake number." he said and chuckled. I laughed and smiled at the scenery.  

The sun was now setting and we had just been talking and laughing.  "So before this day ends I've been wanting to ask you something, " Jimin said, "Yeah, what is it?" I said. "Will you be my valentine?" he said. I looked at him and he was holding a stuffed bear with a bouquet of flowers as well. "Of course, I will," I said and hugged him. "Since I got that off my chest, would you like to go on a date with me, as like more than friends?" he said. "Jimin I like that very much," I said and gave him a peck on the cheek, he blushed and we decided to start heading home. We walked hand in hand on our way back to the car.
