While I'm sitting under the Sakura tree I saw y/n standing smiling at me "I'll be alright Kei,just trust me!" Then she disappeared. I run got into my car then go immediately at the hospital. When I arrived at the hospital I saw a nurse then ask her what's y/n's room number and it's (507) I run and open the door... I saw her laying on the bed sleeping peacefully
Reader's Pov
"Honey! Honey!" I heard mom shouting as I go to there I saw child version of me hugging mom. I'm only 2 years old there haha then I saw mom looking at me... "Honey you have to survive.. your boyfriend is waiting you... Then it went all white
I woke up seeing Kei sleeping at the couch. My throat is so dry as I drank the water besides mine. Kei woke up seeing me smiling,he then hug me "you make me worried you idiot!"
I laugh and look at his golden brown eyes. I smiled then patted his head "you don't have to be worried! See! I'm okay" I chuckled and look at her with a happy face then he smile "promise me y/n..." He paused
"You won't die or leave me"
