Chapter 4

The blonde stumbled, his eyes blurred by tears as he made his way to the Uchiha side of the village.

It was eerily quiet as he neared the compound, he knocked on the door of Sasuke's door, his heart beating wildly in his chest.

He didn't know what came over him when Sasuke opened the door. – That was totally not what he had planned to do. He brought his mouth to Sasuke's – putting every single emotion he had into it – his loneliness – his despair - his passion. He desperately pressed his lips against the raven's.

Can I have a kiss at least, Sasuke?

Sasuke didn't respond – He was too stunned to do so.

Naruto pulled back "I love you."

"Please, say something" he begged "Sasuke, please!"

"I-" The Uchiha was at loss for words.

Naruto took it as rejection.

He pulled back. "Gomen 'nasai, Uchiha-san, I will not bother you again."

Sasuke was still in shock. He had never expected Naruto to harbor such feelings for him – he had never expected Naruto to reciprocate his love.

Yes, you read that right.

"Naruto!!" He shouted running after his blonde. Dammit, Naruto! Why do you have to be such a dobe?

He cursed under his breath, He needed to Find Naruto –

"Sasuke-kun!!" A shrill high-pitched voice called out to him.

"Have you seen Naruto?!" He panted out.

"Huh? Why?"

"Have you seen him?"Sasuke was panicking now.

"He was heading towards the Naka river, he seems pretty upset, did you two have a fight?"

Sasuke cursed again, as Sakura latched onto his arm.

"Sakura I don't have time now."

"Sasuke-kun you know how Naruto is, He'll get over it in no time, Meanwhile about the marriage-"

"Later, Sakura – I need to find Naruto"

"But the marriage – Sasuke-kun You're engaged to me now, you –

"Sakura-"

"What is wrong with you-"

"DAMNIT WOMAN! WHAT PART OF I DON'T HAVE TIME NOW DIDN'T YOU UNDERSTAND?!!"

He wrenched his arm from her grip, for all he cared she could go cry in a ditch.
