Lazy Day (Connor McDonough) for Caitlin

Caitlin's POV

"Babe, would you come over here?" I asked my boyfriend over the phone.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" he asked, worried.

"It's not that babe." I immediately corrected him. "I'm home alone right now."

"Let me guess, you want me to go there because you need company and you hate the idea of being alone in the huge house of yours, am I right?" he said.

I nod and smile, not realizing that he can't see my nod, neither my smile. "Yeah."

"I'll be there by 10." He said.

"Okay." I said. "See yah babe." I added as I ended the call.

I placed the phone aside as I lean on the head board. I'm still on my bed while still wearing my pajamas. I turned on the plasma television in my room. I went from one channel to another as I wait for Connor to arrive. I stop when I found Grant Gustin in my screen. The Flash is currently showing; this has to be one of my favorite series.

Ten minutes to the show, I heard the doorbell rang. Being too lazy to stand up and open the door, I decided to call Connor and informed him to open the door using the spare key hidden above the door frame.

In a matter of a minute, Connor appeared into my room.

"I'm here." He said as he closed the door behind him.

"I can see that, Con." I said, giggling. "I'm glad you came here."

"Anything for the love of my life." He said as he sat at the corner of my bed. "Why are you still on your PJ's, babe?" he added as he pulled the blanket off my body.

"Hey!" I protest.

"It's 10 in the morning, Caitlin." He said. "You must be dressed by the now, babe."

"I'm too lazy to get dressed, babe." I said as I pulled the blanket back to me.

"If that's the case, what are we gonna do today then?" he said as he scratches the back of his head.

"MOVIE MARATHON!" I shouted at the top of my lungs. He covered his ears I shouted it.

"You don't have to shout, babe." He said with a grumpy face. "So, what are watching then?"

I was quite for the next minute because I didn't have any movie in mind to watch with this movie marathon. I don't have any DVDs that we haven't watch. I was not able to buy new movies or even got to download any movies popular today.

"Earth to Caitlin. Earth to Caitlin." Connor said as he waves his hands over my face, bring me back to reality.

"Oh. I'm so sorry." I said grinning.

"What movie are we watching?"

"I don't know, babe." I said still grinning. "I wasn't able to buy any DVDs"

"Were you able to download the latest movie today?" he said.

"Nope." I said, faking a smile.

"Oh great!" he exclaimed.

"What?" I asked.

"If we don't have any movies, what are we going to watch now?" he asked as if it's the most obvious question to ask.

Well, it's really obvious. What we going to do then? We don't have any movie to watch. What to do? What to do? I don't want to go get dressed, much more go out and go somewhere else.

"Since, you're too lazy to stand and get dressed, I'll go out by myself and find some new movies." He said.

"What if you watch online or something?" I asked.

"That could be a choice, babe." He said.

"Maybe we could have a twitcam. I think the fans miss that already." I suggested.

"That could be." He said grinning. "But I'm too lazy to chat with fans or mingle with them."

"Well, if we're that too lazy, what are we going to do then?" I asked.

"Just scan through the shows on the television and maybe later just watch some movies online." He suggested.

"That's fine with me." I said smiling. "Lay down beside me babe, please." I pleaded.

He took his shoes off and made his way beside me on the bed.

The Flash was still showing, so we decided to finish the episode before transferring to another channel. I cuddled close to Connor as we watch the show until it ends.

The episode ended and I was expecting that a different show would start right after The Flash but it wasn't. Little did I know, it was a catch up weekend of The Flash.

"Are you fine with the show or should we change the channel?" I ask Connor who was too focused to answer. "Connor!!" I shouted just enough so he could hear me.

"Yeah?" He snapped out of his thoughts.

"Are you okay with the show?" I repeated.

"Of course, babe. I'm fine with any show as long as I'm with you." He said as he pinches my cheeks.

"Alright." I said and returned my focus to the plasma TV.

The show ended to the last episode that was currently released.

"Looks like we have to wait for the next episode just to see Barry Allen in action again." Connor stated as he stood up from the bed.

"I guess so babe."

"I'm sure I'm gonna miss Caitlin's genius mind." He added. As he said the name Caitlin, I know he's teasing me. And I don't have to react to it.

"Con?" I said.

"Yes, Caitlin?" he asked.

"Can you just stay here?" I plead. "Lay beside me, please."

"Of course, babe." He said as he lay beside me again.

Once he was beside me, I cuddled into him. "Thank you." I whispered.

"You're welcome, babe." He said, as he places a kiss on my forehead. "You know, I'll do anything for you my love."

"I LOVE YOU CONNOR." I said.

"I LOVE YOU TOO CAITLIN." He said as he pulled me close to him.

It's an hour pass noon. I'm not hungry but sleepy. I listen to Connor's breathing as my eyes slowly close. In a matter of seconds, I was sound as sleep.
