For Savannah
Hey, She’s Mine! (Toby McDonough)
Savannah’s POV
OH MY GOSH! I can’t wait to see him. Can you believe it, it’s been a year since he left for the tour he and his brothers are doing? I still can’t believe he’s this famous right now. It seems like it was only yesterday since he joined one of his brothers cover shoot of What Makes You Beautiful and now he’s known by every single girl in the world. A lot of them, I bet likes him as much as I like him.
There I said it. I have been that fact since the day I met him. I like him ever since we met back in grade school. I didn’t even expect that we would be close friends. As a matter of far, we are best friends. I know him more than his brothers know him and vice versa, he knows me more than my big brother knows me.
Okay, enough of that, I don’t want to talk about that anymore. I want to talk about the fact that I’m leaving Orlando for three days just to see him in concert in London. I honestly can’t wait to see him and get a chance to bond with him and his brothers. It’s been seven months since the last time I had the chance to hang out with him.
Right now, I’m getting ready to leave. I have at least an hour to check all my things before we head to the airport. I’m getting more excited as time pass.
“Savannah, let’s go. You don’t want to be late for your flight.” My mother shouted from down stairs.
“Coming mom.” I shouted back, as I gather the bags I’m suppose to bring to London.
After a few minutes we reached the airport and just in time, my flight was called. I immediately got through security then after a while I was boarding the plane, but before that, I said my goodbyes to my mom and big brother.
After hours, I finally landed at Heathrow Airport. I was fetched by my mom’s sister, who is living in London for years now.
“Hey Sav.” My aunt greeted me. I gave her a hug instead of saying anything.
I pull away from the hug, and then she helped me load my bags inside her car. In ten minutes, we reached her house and she showed me my room, also known as the guest room. She let me settle in and as I checked the time, it was 11 am London time. I changed my phone time to London time so I don’t have trouble keeping up with the time here in London.
After a few arranging with my belongings, I was on the bed my eyes was drowsy. And in no time, I was fast asleep. I woke with a sore on my neck, just then I realized that my head was resting on my laptop. I bear with the pain for the rest of the day, hoping that the pain would be gone by tomorrow because tomorrow is the day I’ll be seeing him.
I woke up the following day at around 10am already. I don’t know how that happened but who cares, right? Once I was out of bed, I freshen up and went to meet my aunt with her husband and my little cousin, Charlie, at the living room watching some show.
“Good Mornin’.” I said in my best British accent.
“Good Mornin’, Sav.” My uncle said. “How’s your sleep?”
“Umm… it was okay.” I said unsure if I sleep well or not. “Anyway, I’m hungry.” I declared.
“Oh, let me prepare something for you sweetie.” My aunt said at the same time getting up from the couch.
“No, Aunt Anne.” I said. “I could do that myself.” I assure her. She was about to say something but I stopped her. “I can manage. I’m used to this back in Orlando.”
“Okay, sweetie, if you need any help with anything, just call me.” She said smiling. I just nod and smiled at her before I head to her beautiful kitchen.
