They started to walk into Olaz desert. I was so very hot, just like any other desert. They decided to walk in night, when it as cooler. For the time being, they went and they sat under a giant rock for shade. Kevin thought it was a great chance for her to get to know Ethan. Even though he said he won't say anything until he trusted her, but she gave it a shot anyways.

What happened was that my parents are business people, and own a big company, so they never had time for me. I had taking a liking in karate, so I tried to get them to take me to karate class, but they refused. They said doing business was in my blood, but it made me mad because they never had time for me, and they wanted me to be like them, horrible business people, and the kind who will play dirty to get the profit that they want!
Kevin was confused. What's "karate", "business" and "profit"? All she is specialized in was stars! But seeing her upset friend, so she put her stupidity aside. Then she realized what Ethan was using to beat that gang in the alley and Mathew must've all been this "karate" thing.
