Chapter 11

Chase P.O.V

I heard what happened to Cece... And I feel really bad about it. Even though I had nothing to do with it...
I walked over to the empty kiosk, where I caught a glimpse of Cece at one of the tables alone, crying.. I pursed my lips.. Wondering if I should go to her... Or mind my own business..

I went toward her, then sat down beside her, "I-heard what happened..."
"He probably though I was j-just some boring kid... Without a main ability.." She wiped a tear.
I wasn't sure what to say... ".. He m-must be insane to break up with someone as amazing as you..." I smiled.
"Y-you really think so?" She wiped away another tear.

Her eyes looked puffy, a little red, and a bit watery, probably from all that crying. How could anyone do something like that to another person..? Most of all... How could anyone do something like that to Cece? I'm sure Rocky never meant to hurt her best friend... But she shouldn't have done it in the first place... I didn't know about this until Leo told me..

I nodded, "yea.." We stared at each other for a second...

Cece P.O.V

We went closer.. And closer... Then without thinking... We kissed... We quickly pulled away. At first I felt a little awkward... But... I didn't realise I like Chase until now... I mean like like him. We smiled at each other.

"Listen, Cece, I'm really sorry, I would never mean to do anything to hurt you-" rocky walked over, Bree following being her.
"Rocky .. I forgive you..."
"No Cece, you know I'm your best friend, I always have been and-wait... What?" She stared in confusion.
"I forgive you... Chase is my boyfriend..."
"Wow... We finally found a girl that's not taller than Chase.." Adam teased blankly.
