It was Thursday the 11th of March, 10.48pm when Minho's phone vibrated.
He had received a new message.
Jisung was already deep asleep beside him, soft snores escaping his mouth and his jeekie squished on the pillow.
Yes, they were sharing a bed.
First of all, this way both could have an eye on Junseo like this and secondly, Minho was scared that something would happen to Jisung if the younger would sleep alone.
That he'd turn badly in his sleep and a wound would get ripped open but Minho wouldn't hear it.
That this time he wouldn't be able to help the younger in time.
That's why they decided to share a bed and secretly, both enjoyed cuddling with each other a lot.
And maybe both wanted to just share a bed because they loved each other.
But they'd never say that out loud.
Minho had just put his son to sleep after feeding him, the little boy now lying peacefully in the crib beside their bed on the blue-haired's side.
Wondering who would text him this late, he picked up his phone and opened his messenger app.
Baby is coming, we'll go to the hospital now. Let's see each other tomorrow hopefully with the little one :)
Minho gasped and smiled softly, thinking about a good answer to Hyunjin's great news. Jisung will surely be so happy to hear that.
Okay, I wish you both all the strength and that everything will go well! Jisung will be so excited! See you tomorrow!
He turned off his phone and went to bed after a last glance at his sleeping son.
Deciding that he'd let Jisung get his well deserved rest, he'd tell him about the Seungjin baby tomorrow.
The younger immediately snuggled close to the source of warmth, his head going to rest on Minho's chest as the older ran his fingers through the sleeping boy's blonde hair, a soft purr escaping him.
Just like Junseo.
Meanwhile Seungmin in the hospital wasn't purring in comfort.
He was laying on the hospital bed, his eyes closed as he whimpered in pain.
His hand was gently caressing his aching round belly while Hyunjin was running his fingers through his boyfriend's sweaty strands of hair.
He had been in labor since late morning but his water had only broken about half an hour ago.
Since he had told Hyunjin the moment he had started to feel the pains, the older was much more relaxed than Seungmin would have guessed.
He had expected Hyunjin to panic, to get scared or any other of these emotions but no, Hyunjin was more calm than ever.
They had spent the whole day cuddling on the couch watching the younger's favorite series to distract him or napping together.
Also they walked around together in their apartment from time to time, stimulating the labor.
Everything was so calm, so natural.
Neither Hyunjin nor Seungmin were panicking or scared, it seemed like they were just going with the flow.
Every now and then when a contraction would make the younger groan in pain, Hyunjin would just place a few soft kisses on his boyfriend's cheek while he ran his hand gently over Seungmin's belly, feeling the muscles tense.
They decided to go to the hospital after Seungmin's water would have broken, the labor is a long process so why should they stay in an uncomfortable room for hours if they could just wait for the time to pass at their own home without any strangers.
It was Seungmin's decision and he definitely preferred being on his soft couch in his boyfriend's embrace, their apartment giving him some reassurance and comfort in this new and intimate situation.
The familiar surroundings, the familiar smell of their home, the calming scent of Hyunjin's hoodie he was wearing, all this had such a great impact on him.
It was around 10.30pm when Seungmin's water finally broke leaving him and Hyunjin startled and a dark wet spot on the towels they had laid on the couch.
"Jinnie?"
"Yes my love?"
"Let's go to the hospital now. Let's have a baby."
