"Serenity! Where are you?" My mother called in her I-won't-hurt-you voice. She was trying to drag me out to go shopping. Yes, I am a girl and I hate shopping. My name is Serenity and I come from a very rich family. My mom was wanting me to go shopping for first day of school clothes. Honestly, I don't think I need a fancy dress. I wanted to go in regular jeans and a black tank top with a neon green heart on it. I mean, it was a regular high school.

"Wesley? Have you seen your sister?" My mom asked my brother Wesley. I have three brothers, and no sisters. Sound tough, but after sixteen years, you get used to it. I saw Wesley scan the room and his eyes landed on me. A smile curled onto his lips.

"Under the stairs, Mother dearest." He used his best I'm your best child voice.

"Serenity! Get out of there!" I gave my mom a glare and finaly climbed out. I was tiny so I could fit into small spaces.

"But Mo-o-om!! I hate shopping. If we go shopping, can I get a dog?" The look she gave me said no. I huffed a 'Fine.'  and walked into the kitchen.

"Let me get something to eat first!" I ran into the kitchen trying to stall until the Mall was closed. I saw my brother Dylan scrambling through the fridge. Dylan and I got along pretty well. I guess because we were twins and had a lot in common.

"Dylan! Help! Moms' trying to drag me to the Mall!" I ran up and jumped into his arms.

"Only if you come to football practice," He whispered in my ear.

"Fine," I grumbled. So we got along sometimes..Other times he knew how to blackmail me. I hated watching football. But everybody said I made it more exciting. I don't know how..

My mom walked in the room and said, "Dylan put her down. I am taking her shopping."

"But mom, she promised to come to my Football practice. You know how you taught us to not break promises!" I smiled at Dylan. He knew how to get to mom without telling lies.

"True." My mom sighed. "You know that means I get to pick out your outfit?" My mom says this, but she knows I'm just going to sneak out, wearing my outfit.

"Yes, mother." I smiled. I felt a hard poke in my side and whipped around. I knew it was Tristan so when I whipped around I allowed my hair to flip out and smack him in the face.

"Owe! What was that for?" I laughed at him and flicked him in the nose.

"You poked me!" He was rubbing his nose where I had flicked him.

"Need a kleenex?" I asked. The way he was rubbing his nose it looked like he seriously needed a kleenex. Tristan stuck his tongue out and I playfully punched his arm.

"You better be nice. My girlfriend is here." Yuck his  girlfriend, Milly. Popular, head of the cheerleading squad. Of course she would my Tristan. He was a junior and the basketball head. In fact all of my brothers were in some sport. Wesley, was a sophmore, and he was into baseball. Dylan, of course was a freshman just like me, and he did Football.

"Well...time to go! Come on Serenity!" Thank goodness. Dylan pulled me out of the room. I don't think any of us like Milly. We walked through the living room past Milly and were almost out the door when,

"Oh! Serenity, Why don't you try out for the cheerleading squad. I would Love to see you fail!" She said with her naturally icky sweet voice. Man, I could strangle her!

"Thanks, but I don't want to be a threat to you. I know your jealous." I mimicked her voice. Dylan smiled at me and pulled me out the door.

"Hey dude!" I heard my brother's best friend Leo's voice. I smiled. He has liked me since fourth grade, when he saw that I was coming to football practice, he would go crazy.
