Chapter 4

A few months later, the school gave it's last year students a project of exploring most of America. While most groaned, Ben and Jen became excited. The last time they had gone on a road trip, Jen had discovered her powers.

During those few weeks, the twins had fought against everything. From a mad scientist to a human and drone hybrid. Most people would say were the work of dreams, for the twins however, it was a reality. They had also perfected using thier powers and Ben had given his aliens separate names and even unlocked a few.

Along the way, they had found out what the name of the alien watch was called. The Omnitrix. It was that same day, they made an alliance with a Petrosapien, who pretended to be after the Omnitrix. Instead, the Petrosapien named Tetrax prevented two bounty hunters from getting the Omnitrix.

Ben had also been having strange dreams about a squid like alien with metal armour and what he could describe as a breathing apparatus. He had been having the dreams since he fought Rojo, who had merged with a drone, that normally came after him.

A red Ford Mustang sped past the Rustbucket, quickly followed by chasing squad cars. The driver had just robbed a bank and was making a quick getaway.

Out of nowhere, diamond shards emerged from the ground causing the Mustang to swerve. It's rear smashed into the diamond barrier, sending it into a spin where it crashed into the freeway barrier.

As the crooks emerged from the wrecked car, they saw a diamond creature come up to them as it grabbed them, as a second being appeared and surrounded the two crooks in blue energy.

"Didn't your mother ever tell you about taking what isn't yours?" Diamondhead said as he threw the crooks down in front of the now stopped squad cars.

Diamondhead and Jen - who was dressed in all black and a black mask, that covered the lower half of her face. Waved to the police officers as they put the crooks in the cars as the camera crew came at them, much to thier displeasure.

Up in the Chimerian Hammer, Vilgax had been watching the news report. His blood red eyes narrowed in anger. He was on the bridge of his ship. He looked at the numerous reports of the numerous aliens being used to help the humans. A primitive life form in his opinion.

"Such a waste of the Omnitrix. Being used to save humans, not being used for it's full potential!" Vilgax growled. His clawed hand became a fist and he walked out the bridge. His large metal feet clanging against the metal floor. "I'm coming for you now, human!" He added.

Ben shot up, gasping for breath. He wiped the sweat that seemed to drip down his face. Yet again, he had another nightmare about the weird squid like alien. He looked and saw he was in his bunk of the bunk bed in the Rustbucket.

He quietly got out of his bed and quietly stepped outside, allowing the surprisingly cool night air hit him. He looked at the Omnitrix on his wrist and shook his head. In all the dreams the giant squid seemed to want it.

"Ben?" He turned around and saw his sister and Grandpa exiting the Rustbucket. Both having a concerned look. "You okay?" Jen asked.

"Yeah, bad dream." Ben quickly said. "Sorry if I woke you guys up."

"Was it the same dream?" Max asked his Grandson. Ben nodded and the older man put his arm around the skinny teen. "You don't have to talk about it now. If you like, we can talk about it in the morning." Max added with a smile. One Ben didn't return.

As Max turned back to the Rustbucket, Ben knew he had to tell him. The last week had been eating him alive and he hated it. "It was different. It said 'I'm coming for you now.'" Ben told them, his voice sounding cold.
