(Pico's POV)

Pico turned his head around to see who was calling him. He noticed a familiar auburn speed walk towards him. Her heels clicking on the concrete floor making Pico grumble at the annoying sound. Once she finally got close to him, she had that same worried expression she gave Bee that one time. His heart throbbed as he thought of the blunette, shaking his head and looking at Girlfriend. "What the fuck to do you want.." He said, staring at her and furrowing his eyebrows.

"Y..You kept screaming and firing a gun.. You're even crying, Pico!" She said, a panicked tone of voice. Pico didn't even realize he was still crying, he was so used to the feeling of his eyes burning and the tears rolling down his face. He quickly wiped away his tears with his hands aggressively to hide it the best he could. "No I'm n-not.." He mumbled, sniffling a bit. Girlfriend gave him a soft expression that made a shiver run down his spine. "Hey.. You don't have to talk about it. I'm here, okay?" She said camly, pulling the other into a gentle hug. Pico's body tensed up as he was brought into an unexpected hug, he wanted to pull away but couldn't bring himself to.

The hug lasted a couple seconds as Girlfriend was the one to pull away. "I hope that helped a bit." She said with a small hum. Pico didn't respond, he just gave her a brief shrug which got a giggle from Girlfriend. The auburn took out a small piece of paper and handed it to Pico, making the ginger raise an eyebrow in surprise. "Here!" She chimed as Pico hesitantly took the paper. "What the fuck?.." He asked, looking at the paper. Girlfriend giggled, "It's my number! Just in case you need someone to talk to." Her voice was honeyed making Pico feel a bit nervous about it.

"Uh okay.." He said, putting the paper in his pocket. Pico looked back at Girlfriend and saw her genuine smile, it made him feel really awkward. "So.. what happened?,," She asked, that same worried expression plastered on her face. The question took Pico by surprise, "Why-.. Why do you fucking care?!" He exclaimed with a faint huff. Girlfriend frowned a bit, "Because you're my friend!" She said, resting her hand on his shoulder.

Pico panicked, feeling the sudden touch on his shoulder he reached in his pocket for his gun but couldn't find it. His breathing got faster as he grabbed Girlfriend's arm tightly and pushed it off his shoulder. "Get o-off me.." He stuttered out, he was scared. He heard a gasp come from Girlfriend making his eyes glance at her. She looked slightly hurt by the sudden aggression but kept her warm and understanding expression. "..sorry." Pico mumbled, shoving his hands in his pockets.

Girlfriend gave him a nod, "It's alright. Don't worry!" Her voice was soft, it seemed calm. Pico didn't like it. The female waited patiently for an answer to her question, the redhead grumbled a bit, hesitating if he should respond truthfully. "I dunno,, I'm alright, I guess." He lied, he really didn't want to deal with this reassurance. He didn't need it or well.. He thought he didn't.

The auburn looked at him quietly. Pico felt her eyes pierce into him, making goosebumps grow on his skin again. "Uhm.. I should-.. Go?" He grumbled nervously, slightly backing up from Girlfriend. A faint hum escaped her lips, "Ah,, Alright!" She said with a small laugh afterwards. Girlfriend gave Pico a small wave before turning her back at him and walking away. The redhead sighed in relief, "Finally.." He huffed as he began to slightly calm down.

The redhead perked up, "W-Wait!.." He looked up to see if Girlfriend was still here but she was long gone. "Fuck.. I still don't know where I am.." He took a step back in distress. Feeling something hit his foot, Pico flinched a bit and turned his head to see what hit his foot. Seeing his Uzi on the ground a small sense of reassurance washed over him. He leaned down and picked up the gun, clenching it in his hands.

Pico sighed, beginning to walk around the park again trying to find anything that looked familiar which he could lead himself home. It was a giant park so this wasn't easy..

The sky was slowly turning into a dark navy blue causing most of the area to be dimly lit by lamp posts. He finally stopped at the front door of the apartment he lived in, hearing loud music and screaming coming from different apartments. It wasn't the best area but it was decent and cheap.

He walked in the apartment, the door not being locked. Pico didn't bother locking the door, if he found some piece of shit in his house he'd shoot them. The whole building knows that so nobody even bothers. He closed the door with the back of his foot and walked over to his bedroom. Once he stepped inside, his eyes landed on the gunshot hole from this morning. "Home sweet home, I guess.." He mumbled, walking inside and immediately flopping on his bed.

Pico's body relaxed as he sank in the comfortable mattress after such a long day. "Today was shit.." He grumbled, a faint sigh escaping his lips. Pico looked up at his ceiling, seeing how much the apartment was falling apart. The ceiling was slowly breaking down, the wood keeping it together slightly showing. "This place is shit.." He continued with the sentence, rolling his eyes.

He began to think back on what happened at the park. Cassandra being a bitch.. She's still here. Pico pushed back that thought, his aggression slowly growing. Girlfriend talking to him. She's nice.. too nice. It brought him back to that jealous feeling, Why was he jealous still?! Can he just.. not get over the fact of Girlfriend just touching Bee and him getting all flustered over it. But she's so kind, why is he like this. Pico shook his head, "I need to stop beating the shit out of myself over this fucking stuff.." He whispered to himself, resting his hands on his cheeks.

"How could I hate her? She's such an angel."
