8 || I can't live like this

Today I saw Kagami and Adrien everywhere. It was like they were following me. But the worst part is that I saw them hug, hold hands, eat ice cream, laugh and kiss. It hurts my heart to see them like that. I'm happy for them but I can't bear the pain. I wanted that relationship with Adrien. I stared at them the entire time. Then I saw Luka walking up to me with a sad face. He ran to me and hugged me.

Marinette: "What's wrong Luka?"

Luka: "You look so sad and heartbroken. I don't like to see you like that. You deserve to be happy."

Marinette: "L-Luka..."

Luka: "I love you Marinette. Please don't be upset. You need to move on. You can be jealous and wanting to be in Kagami's place forever. You'll miss out on everything. You can do so much more in life then being sad and watching them. Let go of him, I know it's hard. But you can do it. You can't always love him if he doesn't love you back. That will make you so sad. Please Marinette, I don't want to see you like this."

Marinette: "I- I.."

Luka: "You don't have to answer. It's your choice, it's your life. Just don't waste your life on something stupid. Be happy. Enjoy the time you get to life. Because you deserve that."

Marinette: "Thank you Luka."

Luka: "Bye Marinette, I love you."

Marinette: "B-bye."

He walked away. He's right. I shouldn't waste my time on something that makes me sad. I should make the most of it. I can't live like this.
