"George, we need to report him to the police," Dream said firmly.
"No, we don't! You don't understand!" George tried to reason.
"No! You don't understand. He's hurt you! Look at your arm!" Dream said, pointing to a scar on George's arm. "That's not normal! He's abusing you!"
"You don't understand, if you report him to the police, he'll..." George trailed off.
"He'll what? What will happen?" Dream challenged.
"I-" George started.
"If we report him to the police, he'll probably get arrested, you won't get hurt anymore, we can live without him hurting you," Dream said. "It's a good thing if we do something about it."
"W-well, he's my dad too!" George stuttered.
"Well, he's abusive!" Dream lashed out.
"What makes you think that I don't already know that?" George let out a long sigh. "I'm going outside, I need to get some fresh air,"
"George.." Dream started.
"I've had enough of this, I don't wanna keep fighting over stupid things like this,"
It's not stupid though... Dream held back those words. He let George go. Perhaps they both needed a little bit of time away from each other.
