April : Another ForthBeam Story

"Mom's Spaghetti"

"Hi Hi lovelies!!!" The forever cheerful Beam Baramee announced his arrival to the table where his best of friends and their lovers were already seated.

He goes to Wayo first and land a kiss on his left cheek and then to Kit way...

Butttt...

"Nope! My husbaby here will kill me later if you do that. Stop pushing his button." Kit block Beam's mouth from latching to his cheek like he did Wayo's.

Because...

Ming is not Phana. He doesn't like it when Beam is being lovey touchy with his fiancé moreover kissing him freely in front of him.

"Yeah! Go kiss someone else. Stop touching what is not yours." Ming added sternly staring dagger at Beam.

Beam being Beam rolls his eyes and proceeds to find his seat but his step halted when his eyes spotted an unknown man sitting at the table with his friends.

"Oh hi, new guyyy...? Who's friend are you? The angeles or the devils?" He then invites himself to sit beside the stranger who is staring at him strangely. The man follows his every movement until he is seated beside him.

"Beam.. behave. Forth. Beam. Beam. Forth. He's my friend from childhood. He just got back from America." Phana as the oldest of the pack introduces the two people.

"Beware Forth. Don't get fool by that face. He's wicked!" Kit gives Forth a head start about what to expect from his friend Beam Baramee. He's a prankster but Forth just gives Kit a little smile.

"Hello. Don't mind him. I'm Beam. The face of the group. So what are you doing for a living?" Beam shamelessly said and out of nowhere asked about Forth's job earning him a chuckled from Wayo. Beam never fail to amuse him with his antic.

"Hi. I'm Forth. The... body of this group? I guess. Engineer. And you? What are you doing for a living, FACE of the group?" Everyone laughed at Forth brave attempts to match Beam's way of introducing himself. Finally, someone who doesn't waver at Beam's intimidating approach.

"Haha.. you're funny. I like you. Nice comeback. So, why are we here Pha? I thought we are meeting tomorrow?" Beam changing the question to Phana because he can sense that this person Forth is not an easy target for him to play his prank on.

"Guys... I have an announcement to make." Phana said and he held Wayo's right hand up to show them something. It's a ring!

"Whatt??? Already? Yayyy!! So are we gonna have a double wedding this year??" Beam got excited because Ming just proposed to Kit two months ago and they're planning to have the wedding at the end of the year.

"Maybe next year," Wayo replied on behalf of Phana. He doesn't want his wedding to overshadow Ming's cause he knows his father. No way he's gonna let his wedding be held modestly. Expect fireworks and carnival celebrations like. His father is a diva.

"Congratulations Pha. I wish you happiness." Forth congratulate Phana on his engagement.

"Hey join us tomorrow. You're in town for six months, is it? Call any of us. We'll be available for you especially that one. He knows places." Pha pointed at Beam.

"Am I a tour guide or something? I charged high big guy. Make sure to bring your black card." Beam said sounded cocky.

"Hmmm.. no problems face of the group. I'll pay you well but I hope it is as Pha said." Forth retorts.

"Can you stopped that already?" Beam getting irritated at the repetition of the little remark he made earlier.

"Okay....face of the group." That earns Forth a slap on his arm, a pouting Beam and a roaring laughing sound from all of them.

"Guess he finally meets his match.."Ming said smirking at his fiancé.

"Nah... I think our Beam just meet his lifetime match." Kit replied.

"Spaghettiiii... I want this one too.. You order another one. I'm taking this one. I just finished my shift and my tummy is playing Eminem's mom Spaghetti song already." Beam declared seeing Forth's food being served. Its his favourite and he's hungry beyond anything.

"Nope! I'm as hungry. Order yours yourself." Forth blocking his food from Beam's reach.

"Forthhhh...." Beam whines putting his puppy's eyes in front of Forth face which he push back using his big palm before digging in his Spaghetti.

"Oh my God! I can't believe this. I worked all day saving people life and this is what I get back? Not even a plate of mom's Spaghetti?!!" Beam dramatically exclaimed.

Pha and Kit just shakes their head and the little one laughed their asses off. Forth just continue to eat his food not minding the man complaint besides him.

"Not even a little?" Beam keeps on insisting.

"Are you a beggar? Order it! Waiter! Get this beggar his Spaghetti." Forth loudly said and another slap perch on his arm.

"A beggar?! I'm not taking you anywhere anymore. Deal's cancel!!!" Beam sulking hard when Forth calling him a beggar.

"Alright. Alright... face of the group. You want this badly. Have it. Oh my God. Is he always like this?!" Forth complaint as he gave up his spaghetti and gives it to Beam.

"To people he likes. Some doesn't even have the privilege to hear his talking voice." Kit explained already playing his cupid role.

"Hear that? You should be grateful. I'm exclusive to some people only." Beam agreeing to Kit statement while eating Forth's spaghetti.

Truthfully, Beam choose his circles carefully even though he's a social butterfly. He doesn't befriended jerks and bitches nor peoples with ulterior motives towards him or his friends. His friends like him aren't just random peoples. Wayo and Ming is the son of one of the famous conglemarate family there is, and Phana and Kit.. same.

"I'm honoured than... Beggar. Hahaha..." Forth replied with a laugh and Beam's elbow on his stomach. Forth grimace at the pain and glared at Beam.

Their banter continue for a little while until all foods is serve and everyone is having their meals.

"Emm.. phone." Beam without permission takes Forth's phone and unlock it using Forth thumb to enter his number and then calling his.

"Heyyy.. that's rude. I didn't remember giving you the permission to open my phone." - Forth

"Do I look like I care? You can opened mine anytime if you want dumbass. Duh!" -Beam

"Well.. that.. Is he always like this?" Forth once again asked Phana as he is at a loss of words at the man he just met spontaneous behaviour which is very foreign to him.

"You'll get used to it." - Phana

Sigh!
