Courtney POV

"so, hes gonna be there?" i said while realizing, i took a book from the bookshelf next to the table from the entrance. "Bridgette see ya in 20 minutes."

 "okay baby, see ya in 20." Bridgette said hanging up, when she hang up. Duncan speaked, "soo...im going with you." then i threw him the book, but he dodge it

"Hey! princess chill!" he said while grabbing a white shirt " you dont have to be acting like psychopath." he finished 

"while you grabbing the shirt?" i asked him while, he took of his black shirt

i couldn't take my eyes from his abs, i dont know why i reacted the way. okay.

but i snapped out of it, "and your not coming with me."  i said

"well if i aint. you aint ether" he said crossing his arms.

"no." i said, i reapeadetly said no 

10 minutes later

" i really cant believe, i let you talk me into this," i continued " i mean forcing me cause i dont want you to but your invited." i said. 

i sighed

" i just wanted have fun." i claimed 

then he asked me " who even gonna be there?" 

"Bridgette and geoff and others.." i said

he rolled his eyes,  " duncan?" i called him

"yes?" he answered 

i looked at his teal blue eyes, felt like my heart was glowing. i let out big sigh.

"never mind" i said

"okay." he said while turning to the right

while we were in a 10-20 minute ride, i was reading some book copies i had with some pile of papers in the car.

"what is that?" he asked 

"some book copies, i have from my college degree" i said

"your studying, lawsuit?" he asked  " right?" he finished

"yeah.. you remember" i said with eyebrow up, for some reason i felt my heart glow again.

"how could i forget?" he said

we arrived at the cafe, "so this is the wedding" he chuckled a little bit, " no, this is decorating and organizing." i said getting out the car and closing.

i opened the cafe door, saw Bridgette, Geoff, Heather and Ale

They had big table for us, Then heather asked me "so.. are you making the cookies for the wedding" while she was eating a cupcake 

"yeah, i am. who else you think is gonna do it" i said meanwhile i called the waiter, "what will you like, Barlow?" she asked in a sweet tone and happiness 

"Dawn! why so happy all of the sudden?"  i asked with a confused face and continue "The usual" i winked
