Courtney Barlow, Age 17-18,  was sleeping. she planned sleep late this day, "Court..," her best friend Bridgette, called her name. "Court!" Bridgette called her little loudly, "COURTNEY!" Her bestfriend yelled at her name 

Courtney wakes up confused, "Didn't i just hear Bridgettes voice?" she said looking around her room 

Then she noticed, in her window the Blonde girl. 

"What are you doing?" Courtney asked confused, "You told me, to wake you up me up at--" The Blonde checked her Apple watch, then continued "7:00" she grinned 

"for what?" Courtney asked, confused. Then she started think more, "WAIT!" Courtney said loudly, Bridgette nodded with a big smile in her face. "Today, is that day!" Courtney said while her eyes started to tear up.

"yeah, yeah." Bridgette said then continue, "Can you please help me?" she finishes while holding to the window really hard

"yeah!"  Courtney said while helping her get inside

"By the way, you could have just called.." Courtney said giggling, "yeah, yeah where is the fun in that?" Bridgette asked giggling aswell

Duncan nelson, 19, Duncan is awake. Alejandro, his Roommate were having a pleasent conversation for once since, last week. "soo.. the promise.." Alejandro asked, "The promise i made with Courtney?" Duncan asked with a confused face.

"yeah, which other am i talking about?" Alejandro said in sarcasm, Duncan rolled his eyes and answered "she supposed to come," Duncan said before checking the calendar. "Today!?" 

Duncan eyes winded, he got up. then started to remember when they made the promise, 7 years ago. 

"September 1st 2014"  Duncan said with a smirk

September 1st 2014

10-11 year old, Courtney and 12 year old, Duncan. 

"Dunkie!" Courtney yelled her little boyfriend's name, "Princess!!" Duncan called her as her special nickname. 

"Happy birthday," he said with a kiss in the lips to Courtney, Courtney Kissed him back and kept it PG-13 like always. 

"Thank you, Duncan!" she said without stopping hugging him, "Here, i got this for you.. cause it reminds me of you" Duncan said giving her a Wine colored necklace box, it was a heart with a crown silver necklace. 

"Thank you!" Courtney said with tears rolling down her cheeks, then she reminded herself

"Sometimes, i really wish i wasn't going move to Washington DC." Courtney said while more tears rolled down her cheeks, "hey, dont cry. lets make a promise..." Duncan said trying to hold his tears 

"what?" Courtney asked, her big brown eyes were all filled in tears. "on this day, when you turn 18." The little delinquent said, "in---" Duncan started to count, " i dont know," he was getting mad and confused.

Courtney giggled, "7 years?" Duncan rolled his eyes. "yeah, that number--" Duncan finished

"But, yeah...let put you on the necklace on you" Duncan said, then he grabbed the necklace 

Courtney grabbed her hair, while Duncan put on her necklace on. he looked around if there were no snitches around or teachers. then he placed kiss on her neck.

At the end of the day, of september 1st 2014

tears were rolling both of Duncan and Courtney, 

People thought the was their last kiss , but courtney and duncan knew they were gonna see eachother, again.

7 years later.

Duncan chuckled, Alejandro his roommate was confused. "why, are you chuckling?" Ale asked

Duncan looked at his roommate, "I am gonna have my princess back, and see her in person not in camera or facetime." Duncan smiled 

"your coming back..."  Duncan repeatedly to himself.

he chuckled and smiled
