There is nothing worse than your own mind.You overthink you self sabotage you self hate.You worry bout thoughts even when you thought nothing wrong.You feel guilty right? but thoughts are just that these worries they are fleeting.Here a little advice when that little voice repeats things at you or shouts at you shout back.After all thoughts are just thoughts,Songs dont always trigger things though that will be hard to believe and you cant actually controll your thoughts as much as you believe.After all your brain does like to go on little trails doesn't it....Ok getting to the point here.Shout back at that little voice and if everything gets to much look in the mirror and shout(and if you cant shout,mouth it and concentrate on these words) that is enough.Trust me when I say it works it might seeem silly but do it as much as needed look deep in your own eyes and say that enough to those negative worries and thoughts.
