The person who loves biryani to the core, the only person whom I can talk to and laugh out heartfully [ Perks of having same mother tongue person as a sister] The one who can deal the situations with wit and humour just like Birbal, she is none other than our dearest MOD 2 Naishmika sis. 

So first of all, welcome to the interview akka, I am so glad and happy to interview you. I am delighted to have you as one of the staff members, without wasting any more time let's start the interview akka

I'm actually very excited and honoured to be interviewed by you, thank you for choosing me hehe let's start it

Starting with, How do you feel to be in staff? Is it good? Is it boring? Is it a weird feeling?

Well, to be precise. I feel very lucky. I never expected myself in this position and when I became one of staff members Teenfix became lot more to my heart than ever, sometimes it's stressful but most of the time I enjoy my position, and mostly I enjoy the bond I share now with other staff members so I'm very happy in this position currently

Moving on to the next one, Did you expect yourself to be in this position when you joined here?

Nope, I wasn't even sure if I would last here more than a month because I was a very not confident person back then. I was very inactive when I joined and when I realised that I was a bit ashamed of myself and then became so determined and decided that I will give all my might as long as I'm here, later to my luck I was given supervisor position ah I was happiest that day soon I got to be mod and boi I always flex near my friends about this haha. I never expected I'd become one of the staff but I'm extremely glad and grateful that I'm one of the staff now

We are really happy to have you as a responsible mod and supervisor who balances tasks very well. Proud of you. You always have us on your back.

I'm so happy to hear that, it's always been my aim

Moving on to the next one, What is the most sensitive and happy moment as a staff member?

This is a bit tricky question haha, there were few tricky situations and drama we faced as staff many days back though I didn't involved myself they sure did affect me slightly, my happy moment probably when we all do meetings and work together haha I always love doing that

And me lobs working with you, Me will miss that for the next two months.

Moving on to next, Have you ever felt burdened and wanted to quit your position? if you did then what stopped you?

Yep many times. I always enjoy my position but there were times when my worst self gets me. My personal stress life sometimes gets involved, I feel like I have too much of it or I may not lead up to others expectations and also my studies. I have to spend most time there because I'm homeschooled and there's too much syllabus. But I couldn't bring myself to resign, over the course of a few months I became attached to Teenfix and the thought of resignation breaks my heart. So I always told myself, I worked to get in this position so I don't want to abandon it and if there's anything I learnt from teenfix it's not to give up so I decided I can I will manage everything in my life and stick here in teenfix

Awee akka! It really means a lot and I am happy you didn't give up. Whenever we don't give up and face the situations we get the best akka. Now you are our family we won't let you resign, even though you resign you were are and will be a part of teen fix forever

That encourages me more haha, I won't give up on teenfix, not so soon haha, you all became my family

Even if you go! Me will haunt you like a devil

Moving on to the next one, What does TEEN FIX mean to you?

Teenfix is the first ever community I joined and also will be my only community haha. When I first found it, I was very awed with the content Teenfix posted, I respected this place very much when I saw all those teen helping books. Later when I joined I was spellbound by the professional aura and I told everyone I know about this haha "look at my job" I used to show this like with pride haha, though it was my first time into communities I still like and love everything about it. I always liked talking to people and increasing my communication skills, I got to achieve that through my Interviewer role. As a homeschooled person and single child I was extremely lonely and I rarely found people my vibe online and imagine how happy I was when I got along with so many people in this community, Teenfix has one of my social places and everyone here made me feel very happy. I don't think my mind can express how much teenfix means to me but I can tell that it's a part of my life.

Well, Novels. Novels taught me many things like how to write and and me good at english

Ram in Kandireega or Ram in Nenu Sailaja?

None, ram in endukante premanta. That's the movie where I fell in love with him

Aish aish, me fell in love with his movie endukante premanta and other one pandaga chesko

EP was the 1st movie I watched of his ahah so that one, after that I started watching his other movies too

Soft music or Dj music?

Soft, I hate dj No noise pollution.

Next, morning person or night person?

Night person, darkness and silence is comforting for me

Last one, Pizza or Burger

Pizza, it's tasty while burger is just bread mukka, some curry and leaves for me

Next one,Do you feel valued here as a staff??

Very much, like very very much. It's one of the best things I got and I always feel lucky and honoured

Next one, Do you feel you have contributed to the community till your best level??

Not really, I'm guilty that I've been not giving my best these days. I feel like I can do more and do the job I was given too but I currently always not end up doing it

Dw akka, You are good. There is always a chance for improvement everywhere. Don't feel guilty.Even me can improve a lot more, you not alone

Moving on, Do you feel connected to your teammates?

Yes very much, people and my teammates here are kind and always make me laugh and get my back. I'm very grateful to them

Moving on, Which project did you like working on more??

Well, tbh I like everything I'm involved in with. So I can't really decide on one
