The person who helps you when you are in need is your true friend, the person who was there for us behind all the members of teen fix whenever we needed her is Priya Akka. The only mature person who thinks and takes decisions wisely is none other than our co admin Priya akka  

So first of all, welcome to the interview akka, I am so glad and happy to interview you. I am delighted to have you as one of the staff members, without wasting any more time let's start the interview akka

Starting with, How do you feel to be in staff? Is it good? Is it boring? Is it a weird feeling?

it's good. like we can share our opinions and discuss and can modify them if someone has trouble everyone will stand up. There is group work, support, and a healthy relationship between staff,which makes the ruling easier, healthy and prosperous.

True that akka, I am so happy to have you in as a staff member.

Moving on to the next one, Did you expect yourself to be in this position when you joined here?

i mean no, i never thought i would be involved with the community work. u know right?In the start, I was never involved in the work. After some time, i felt guilty when i saw you ppl are working like donkeys. Unlike me, I thought I should contribute smtg or do smtg, from then my real journey started.

From then till now, you have always been on our back and never left us. We are so grateful to have you akka!

Awww, I am happy that I can help you. But you know most of the time I am not that helpful.

Nope akka! You are always there when we need you, that is more than enough to us!

Moving on to the next one, What is the most sensitive and happy moment as a staff member?

Every moment, the happiest thing is when I tease rithika and bear.they r like stress relievers to me. Most of the time I would tense or else think a lot when I come to discord. I see them online and they act like lil kids. who is asking attention from their mothers, and like their lil gestures made my mood better.

Moving on to next, Have you ever felt burdened and wanted to quit your position? if you did then what stopped you?

nope kanna, in actual fact i spent some time there but never felt burdened everything in the community is a new experience to me i learnt a lot i learned how to say harsh things nicely and how to handle a bunch of ppl even tho i handled before here it felt different and i did many things that i haven't did before and i enjoyed being in my position and working in the community i never felt burdened

Moving on to the next one, What does TEEN FIX mean to you?

to me, it's a place of addiction the more i interact the more i feel like getting involved with it. to me teenfixer is an addiction.

Ikr, now if i want to study I have to de addict myself hehe

Next one,Do you feel valued here as a staff??

Yeah, of course Even though you are the founder you respect me, and give me a chance of voicing my opinion. this is enough to show that i am getting valued

It definitely does. And if I as founder is a diya, the whole staff each and every person lighten up me and Teen Fix.

Yeah! And the best part is my ideas are never rejected.

You give the best ideas why they must be rejected akka?

Haha

Next one, Do you feel you have contributed to the community till your best level??

If I have to say no, in my opinion I have reached a bottleneck until i brk it. until i break it
