Mod 3 Interview

The most creative person whose brain is always filled with ideas and new methods for the community, who takes care of all our new arrivals and new books which are to be launched. The person who one can always talk to and she is the person whom one can talk to without any boundaries and a mature yet carefree person, introducing our Thiya sis on the board for the day.

So first of all, welcome to the interview akka, I am so glad and happy to interview you. I am delighted to have you as one of the staff members, without wasting any more time let's start the interview akka

I am happy to be with you all.

Starting with, How do you feel to be in staff? Is it good? Is it boring? Is it a weird feeling?

I think it is good. Highly professional, I feel more connective and more rational being on staff. It is like having people recognize and appreciate you and help you with your ideas.

Moving on to the next one, Did you expect yourself to be in this position when you joined here?

To be honest, I had no idea that things work like this, you can call me naive, but that's what it is to me. I had no idea how the community worked, I never imagined or predicted the pros and cons and deep infrastructure built in running a community. I am actually stunned by you all guys especially you, wifi, spam doing this at young age with so much passion and planning. God! It takes effort. But I have to say I am glad and more grateful that you guys valued my talent. It did really boost up my writing confidence, basically self confidence. When I began all I wanted to be a part of the community, hoping to get better in writing and this whole lot of surprise was revealed.

You aren't naive akka, Before I started the community I was even more naive and dumb person. Time teaches things. You are inborn with talent akka, you always give best ideas at the time needed. I love your matured behaviour and the way you behave with everyone. Me lobs you

Aww I love you you noticed these much people doesn't do that much

I got connected to you easily. I really think you are a carefree person and you are the best person to speak to when we need advice.

That means so much you have no idea what that means to me. You sweet girl.

Moving on to the next one, What is the most sensitive and happy moment as a staff member?

Most happy I think I like when we become a team and have a high spirit and work in something. I really love the energy when we just get ready to work especially during these anniversary preparations. Sensitive moment ah! I am born sensitive. What it will be? I think we have maintained a good, healthy platonic relationship and with maturity and compassion we tend to understand others and that's what I completely see with staff. Hence no, I guess

Me loves the way you express things, it feels so content to see the lines hehe

Moving on to next, Have you ever felt burdened and wanted to quit your position? if you did then what stopped you?

I never really felt it Divi. I would be lying If I didn't feel stressed but I am that way clumsy and procrastinating ending up stressing but I think I manage it with some of our community members as an example. I did learn something from you, like you have to work for it and have a balance if you love something to do, I have seen it in people but yours made me realise. I try to observe how people manage in our community and get inspiration and learn from it. I certainly learn something from everyone here.

You procrastinate? I do it a lot like really a lot. From me? I have learnt things from you actually to manage people being calm and being organized.

That's sweet you really did observe me. I am queen of it. I get scolded like literally everyday

Moving on to the next one, What does TEEN FIX mean to you?

That's lot to say I will keep it simple ' home'

It is like I am part of quite a few communities now, including some Instagram pages where I feel quite odd and awkward or you know out of place, sometimes ignored I will call it immaturity but in teen fix I feel I belong here. I do think I don't know I should be saying this or something whenever my works or ideas get ignored or feeling low or feeling not belonging here. I knew from deep inside there are a bunch of people out there in a community who would probably respect and listen to me. I can be me here, some communities I have to be like my best self or you know like the pressure of being best here I see people treat me better than I really am. I would always say you guys are my first community I have ever worked and respected me so much.

This really showed a lot akka, I am really happy you got along with us, Well! Every place isn't meant for us na akka? We just have to adjust to survive. It's like the difference between best friend and normal friend, the things we say and do with best friends we can probably do or if we do also it won't feel like we do it with her best friend. We are lucky to have a gem like you

Again difficult may be sleep

Last one akka, Coffee or tea?

I don't do both rarely coffee

Let's get back to our questions akka, Do you feel valued here as a staff??

Yes I feel privileged but more than that I think I am valued as an individual who is trying to work more and with kindness and respect I am valued perfectly.

Next one, Do you feel you have contributed to the community till your best level?

I sometimes feel in such a way but I want to push my levels and work some more like I have no idea with gd but I am trying to write now. The same goes with poems. Habit of writing daily too. Sometimes I feel I might have worked better but due to some other work I am somewhere might be lacking. I really wish to fully fill them.

akka, I feel you don't need to push yourself more, You are doing your best. Every person has a room for improvement so do I and you also that's all!

Moving on, Do you feel connected to your teammates??

Yes at some level absolutely sometimes age and regional difference does exist but that's how life works

Moving on, Which project did you like working on more??

My first one for insta and fun book was really fun to work on anniversary will add to the list
