Yoongi smiled, happily walking out the door of his house.

He looked at the step, not seeing the normal Dahlia that sat there every morning. He furrowed his eyebrows, searching the porch for the flower.

Finally, he gave up noticing that the bus had arrived. He got on the bus and sat beside Hoseok.

Seokjin had texted him earlier that he wouldn't be at school today because he was sick.

"Hey Yoon." Hoseok mumbled, smiling softly at the small boy.

Yoongi smiled back, he's cheeks tinted a light shade of pink. "Hi.."

Hoseok frowned, letting Yoongi lean his head on his shoulder. "What's wrong hyung..?"

Yoongi sighed, shrugging. "I just- ..I-I didn't get a flower this morning.." he muttered, pouting.

Hoseok sighed. The reason there was no flower was because the flower shop was closed on Sunday's and he forgot to get a extra one on Saturday for Monday.

"It's alright..I'm sure they had a good reason."

Yoongi nodded. "I guess.."

Hoseok chuckled, looking down at Yoongi's face. Yoongi's cheek was squished up against Hoseok's shoulder, making him look like a squishy dumpling. "Hyung.."

Yoongi hummed, closing his eyes.

"Would you like to meet me after school? W-We can meet on the rooftop of that really pretty place in town.." Hoseok mumbled.

Yoongi nodded. "That's fine Seok-Ah..I like spending time with you.."

Hoseok blushed, looking down and gently taking Yoongi's hand in his own.

"Me too Hyung.."

Yoongi walked up the steps to the rooftop, seeing Hoseok sitting and looking at the view of the city.

"Hobi!" Yoongi interjected, running and back hugging Hoseok.

Hoseok let out a small yelp. "Jesus- Yoongi I could've just fell right off of here if you pushed me any harder-"

Yoongi giggled. "Oops-"

Hoseok rolled his eyes playfully, handing Yoongi a flower. "Here..a dahlia."

Yoongi gasped, smiling. "Thank you! M-My favorite.."

"Y-Your favorite..?"

Yoongi nodded. "After the secret admirer thing- and all these flowers..I-I think dahlias are now my favorite flower. Not that I've ever had one before—"

Hoseok chuckled, gazing at Yoongi for a moment.

Yoongi looked back, giggling quietly. "You gonna keep staring at me, huh pretty boy?"

Hoseok widened his eyes, blushing and looking away. "S-Sorry Hyung I—"

Yoongi laughed, interrupting Hoseok. "Seok, it's fine.."

Hoseok looked down, embarrassed.

Yoongi pouted, lifting Hoseok's chin. "Heyyy don't be embarrassed..to be fair, I was staring back at you as well."

Hoseok's eyes were big, blushing madly.

Yoongi let out a little chuckle, letting go of Hoseok's chin.

They both looked away, looking back at the scenery.

"The moon looks very beautiful tonight.." Hoseok muttered, glancing at Yoongi.

Yoongi blushed, looking at Hoseok. "M-Mhm.."

Hoseok was hoping Yoongi didn't know the meaning behind that. Based off of Yoongi's reaction he actually did seem to know, making Hoseok look down and blush. (If u don't already know I'll explain at the end of the chapter)

"Hyung.."

Yoongi looked up. "Yes..?"

Hoseok looked back down, playing with his fingers. "I-uh..I wanted to just say that..uhm..I've always really liked you." He paused. "Ever since- well..freshman year of high school..I-I just saw you as the most adorable person..and- getting to actually know you made me realize..I genuinely like you Min Yoongi."

Yoongi blushed, smiling softly. "wow- I..don't really know what to say.."

Hoseok sighed, looking down. "It's fine if you don't feel the same way- I just really needed to get my feelings out and—"

Yoongi rolled his eyes, shutting Hoseok up by hugging him tightly. "I like you too, stupid."

Hoseok blushed, hugging back. "S-So what does this make us..?"

Yoongi clutched Hoseok's hand, looking up at him with a small smile. "What do you want us to be?"

Hoseok hummed, looking at the stars. "I-I'd like you to be mine.."

Yoongi giggled, leaning his head on Hoseok's shoulder. "Then I'm yours."

Sooo basically in Japan, saying: "The Moon looks really beautiful tonight" is basically expressing your love to someone in a very nonchalant way. It was originated by a Japanese poet in the 1900's! Cool, right?
