「Chapter 37」

7 years later...

Hoseok checked his pocket, holding the dahlia that would soon become something he cherished most.

That is..if Yoongi said the right words.

He nervously paced around the bedroom, waiting for Yoongi to come out of the bathroom. He was getting ready for their date.

It would be located at a small dahlia field, one they had visited many times before. So surely Yoongi couldn't see that there was a surprise waiting for him.

Yoongi finally came out of the bathroom, brushing a little of his hair out of his face. "Do I look okay?"

Hoseok smiled, admiring his boyfriend. "You look amazing.."

Yoongi blushed. "Thank you Seok..you do too." He mumbled, walking to Hoseok and kissing his hugging him.

Hoseok chuckled. "Ready to go?"

Yoongi nodded, humming.

Hoseok checked another time, feeling his pocket to make sure the dahlia was there.

He didn't want to mess up this night.

He grasped Yoongi's hand, letting him follow him to the car.

The both got in the car, driving to the dahlia field.

Once they arrived they chased each other into the field, laughing as the breeze blew through their hair.

"Bet you cant catch me~" Yoongi sang, running fast. Not as fast as he could, because he was lazy and wanted Hoseok to catch him anyways.

Hoseok laughed, easily catching up to the small boy. "He lifted him into the air, spinning him around. "Nice try Cutie but you're a slow poke"

Yoongi gasped. "Meanie, I am not. You're just— fast."

Hoseok chuckled, kissing Yoongi sweetly. "If you say so darling.."

Yoongi got chills from the pet name, blushing and pulling Hoseok further into the dahlia field.

"These flowers are so pretty.." Yoongi muttered, leaning down in them and smiling.

Hoseok smiled, watching his boyfriend as he enjoyed the pretty flowers.

"You're prettier."

Yoongi giggled, smiling. "Thank you hobi.."

Hoseok smiled, nodding. "Anything for my pretty baby.."

Yoongi blushed, looking away. "Stop~ I cant with the compliments."

Hoseok laughed. "Too baddd"

Hoseok laid out in the dahlias with Yoongi, cuddling close to him.

Yoongi yawned, resting his head on Hoseok's shoulder. "Seokie..I'm sleepy.." he whined.

Hoseok looked down at his boyfriend, kissing his forehead softly. "Aw, baby..can you stay up for just one surprise before we go?"
