Bokuto had arrived a bit earlier today for his lesson with the sibling of one of his teammates. His excuse for arriving almost an hour early was that whenever he knows he is going to learn more from her the next day he gets so excited that he can't sleep, no matter how much he tries to tire himself out nothing ever seems to work. Hayami found herself smiling and laughing slightly at this because she was pretty certain that her 'lessons' were quite boring but they seemed interesting enough to keep him coming back, eager to learn more. He had been at the apartment for all of fifteen minutes and he had already downed at least three cups of coffee already. He wasn't lying when he said he struggled to sleep due to the energy boost he would occasionally receive.

He gulped down the last two bits of his fourth cup and requested another. "Is it okay if I have one more cup?" Hayami gestured him to pass her the cup and he slid it across the island for her to catch.

She rinsed it out in the sink and got the coffee machine ready once more. "I'm gonna need to go buy some more capsules once you leave, you've almost drained me of them" she lets out a lighthearted laugh as Bokuto hangs his head a bit, feeling bad at the fact he was wasting her food and drink supplies simply because he wanted the nights to pass so he could spend more time with Hayami and Mitsuko.

Bokuto has always wanted to be a father and everyone around him was always telling him how great he would fit into the fatherly role. He had his fair share of girlfriends in the past but none of them seemed to stick with him, he would either discuss his desire to have a loving family when he got older and they would disagree with him and leave or they just said he was too energetic for them to handle.

In Hayami's eyes Bokuto was one of the sweetest people she knew. He was so selfless and always went out of his way one way or another to help make someones day just a tad bit better. She knew deep down that he would make an excellent father, call it mother's intuition. Part of her wishes that Mitsuko's father was more like Bokuto. She knew that Bokuto wouldn't of panicked and left her if he found out she was pregnant and he's nowhere near as rebellious as her ex-lover. But, for the benefit of her daughter she tries her best to forget the past since her negative moods seem to always affect her daughter as well. "Don't worry about it okay? I needed to pick up some things from the store anyway" he just nods his head but she knows he still feels guilty. She leans on the island next to him after putting a fresh cup of coffee in front of him and she then places her hand on his shoulder. "I've got some barbecued meat if you want some? It's cold since it was grilled yesterday but Shoyo told me how much you like it" Hayami mentally beamed at how she saw a few sparkles in his eyes at the mention of his favourite snack and he was very quick to accept her offer.
