Hayami just finished gathering what she needed for her first lesson with Bokuto. She had found an extra notepad and pen for him to use because she had quite a bit to say and wasn't sure if he would be able to remember everything, there is nothing wrong with some extra preparation.

Mitsuko was currently in her room, probably making a mess with some paint as today she decided she would like to paint a picture with her fingers. Her mother didn't mind as she had made sure to get paints that were easy to clean when they dried either on the walls or on the yellow star-shaped rug in the middle of the little girls room. Mitsuko's room was designed to look like a galaxy. She had a single bed with navy blue bed sheets that had stars and moons sprinkled all over the fabric, with a matching pillow cover. Next to the bed was a wooden beside table that had been painted white and on top of it sat a lamp that projected dozens upon dozens of stars onto the little girls ceiling each and every night. Hayami had no clue where the girl's fascination for almost everything space related came from but she found it adorable nonetheless.

Hayami looked at the clock, he should be here any minute now. Just before the mother and daughter duo left the gym yesterday, Bokuto asked for her number so that they could get in contact about the lessons. Hayami had to apologise for being so forgetful but then gave him her number without hesitation.

As if on cue the doorbell rang and Hayami placed down her phone and walked over to the speaker, holding down the button before speaking. "Who is it?" She already knew but she always asked for her and her daughter's safety.

"It's me!" A loud booming voice came through the speaker and Hayami couldn't help but to chuckle at his energetic self and how he didn't say his name. It didn't matter though, she recognised his voice and as of right now that was enough.

I take my finger off of the button and walk towards the door, unlocking it and then removing the chain before pulling it back to reveal the tall male with his phone in one hand and a volleyball in another. "I hope you aren't planning on playing in here" I ask with a smirk as I lean against my door, leaving enough room for him to enter but he doesn't until I gesture for him to come in with my arm.

His laugh echos down the hallway as he walks to the kitchen after taking off his shoes and then putting his stuff on the island. "Don't worry Hayami-Chan! I got this especially for Mitsu" he picks up the ball and holds it in front of me and when I manage to get a proper look I see why this ball in particular was so special.
