I don't want to seem like the jealous friend but that's exactly what I am. Avani is my closest friend without a doubt. I don't want anybody to take her from me. I don't like sharing my friend with other people.
"What's yo name?" JB asked me with a smirk, snapping me out of my thoughts.
"Zee." I said with a small smile.
"You're very beautiful, Zee." he said.
My face became hot from blushing. Looking him over, JB was very attractive. He was a tall brown skin with short curly hair and a crisp line up. He had thin eyebrows with almond eyes and a thin mustache sitting over his full pink lips. With every word he said, I couldn't help but look at his teeth. They were perfectly straight and the color white.
"You're handsome as well." I said with a huge smile.
"You got a boyfriend?" he asked looking me over.
Looking over at Tez he was staring me down with a mug.
"No I do not." I said looking back at JB with a small smirk.
"Let's exchange numbers then, on some chill shit." he said pulling his phone out.
As I was handing him my phone it was snatched out of my hand.
"This you?" JB asked looking up from his seat.
Looking up there was Tez with my phone in his hand.
"Nope." I said popping the p with an eye roll. I snatched my phone back from Tez preparing to give it to JB, when Tez spoke up.
"This one off limits." he said looking at JB.
JB put his hands up in surrender as he stood up.
"It was nice meeting you." he said walking away.
Looking up at Tez I rolled my eyes hard.
"Let me talk to you." he said nodding his head in the direction of the hallway.
"No." I said picking up my phone.
He snatched my phone out of my hand and began walking towards the hallway.
"Give me my phone." I said following behind him.
"Why you playing with me." he said with an eyebrow raised.
"Boy give me my shit. I'm not finna play these games with you." I said with a chuckle. "You sitting up with a whole bitch questioning my actions." I said with a scoff.
He just stared at me.
"Alright, give me my phone." I said with a bored expression.
"Sorry." he said looking at me in my eyes.
"Ok." I said with my hand still out. "My phone?" I asked.
"What you being difficult for bruh?" he asked with a mug.
"Bro what?" I asked scrunching up my face. "You telling niggas i'm off limits but you sitting in a bitch face. Worry about that bitch not me. Whatever we had is done I don't even want to be friends." I continued.
"I'm sorry." he said pulling me into a bear hug. "I didn't think you was feeling me like that." he mumbled in my ear.
Giving in I hugged back. "Well you know now." You can still do you and imma do me." I said with a smirk.
Letting me go he looked at me with his face scrunched up.
"Yeah aight. Let me catch you in a nigga face. Imma deadass kill you." he said.
"We'll see, el oh el." I mumbled.
"Don't you gotta whole bitch sitting in the living room waiting on you? Give me my phone so I can call up one of my niggas." I said grabbing my phone and walking away with him hot on my trail.
"You gotta go Tink." he said looking at the girl.
"Yeah aight." she said getting up. "This my nigga and this ain't the last of me." she said looking at me with a devilish smirk.
"Ask yo nigga why he apologizing to me." I said mirroring her facial expression.
Her facial expression was replaced with anger.
"Like I said this ain't the last of me." she said looking at me and over to Avani who was zoned out.
"And you hop off Kareem. That's my friend's man. Whore." she said before walking out of the door.
Avani started laughing super hard causing us to look over at her. She had tears in her eyes clutching her stomach.
This bitch crazy. I thought.
