Gloria's POV~
When we get to the grocery store we get a cart and I pull out my phone to find the list,
1.Milk
2.Eggs
3.Cereal
4.Any snacks you want
5.3 Frozen pizzas
6.Bread,and bagels
7.Butter and cream cheese
8.Popcorn
9. Soda
10.Juice
11. Veggies for dinners this week
12.Fruit
13. Coffee
14. Your drinks and foods
15. Creamer
"Well then" I mutter under my breath, "what?" "My mom said she wanted me to get a few things and she sent me a list of enough food to feed a pack of wolves for a month" I laugh handing him my phone. He studies the screen a minute before handing it back "I guess so."
We start by getting all of the snacks and foods that aren't refrigerated or frozen so that they don't start to melt in the late spring heat. After we buy that stuff we get that stuff we do the frozens, "What type of pizza should we get?" I say looking at Shawn. He opened the freezer door and pulled out a supreme pizza "How about this one?" "Yea good choice." I take the pizza and put it into the cart. Then we go to the protein aisle. "Why we in this aisle?" "Because I need to get my protein bars and shakes for practice." I said grabbing two boxes off the shelf and then walking a couple more feet down the aisle and grabbing a case of shakes.
"Ok I think we have everything, let's check out." We walk to the check out and place our items on the belt. I take my wallet out and wait for the final total. "Ok your total will be $101.72", "here you go" I hand her $103.00 and wait for my change. When I get it I slip the coins in my back pocket and start pushing the cart towards the door.
When we get outside to my car we load the groceries and then get in the car. As we were pulling out of the parking lot Shawn started talking, "What type of car is this exactly?" "It's a 2014 Hybrid Hyundai Sonata." I answer. "Did you get it for your birthday?" "Nope I bought it myself." "Do you pay the insurance too?" "Indeed I do" I say looking at the road. "So you work then,right?" I look at him, "Yup". "Where?" I think for a second, "I'll show you after we drop all the stuff off at my house." I smirk.
