When I have aroused, I noticed I was in a different environment. 'Where am I..What happened to me..?' After a few moments of thinking, I've finally recalled what happened.
I sighed. I then rise out of bed and went to stand up. As I begin to stand up, I immediately fell to the ground. I grunted. 'Why can't I walk properly..?!' Then, someone opened the door.
I looked up to see who it was. It was a girl with black hair and purple color tips on her hair. She had a butterfly clip on her hair. She looked about 11 years old. "Kana-chan! You should be careful! Kanae-neesan would be mad if she has seen you on the ground like this!" She held me up and positioned me back on the bed.
"It's an older sister's duty to help her younger sister!" She said as she caressed my head. "I'll let Kanae-neesan know you're awake now!" Then she left me in the room.
'So supposedly, I'm their younger sister..? That's nice...I guess...I wonder who this 'Kanae' seems like' As soon as I mumbled that the door unlocked to reveal a tall lady with long dark grayish hair and two butterfly clips on her hair.
'What's with the butterfly clips??' I asked myself while staring at the lady. "Ara ara, it seems that you are awake." She smiled while cupping my cheeks. "Ano...How long was I out for..?" I asked with a concerning tone.
"It seems about two days...Shinobu and I were worried! We were panicking because we never would have thought our younger sister would black out and wake up after two days later! Well..it doesn't matter now! You're all better right..?" She asked, still cupping my cheeks.
"Hai."
She smiled. "Ara ara, alright then! You have to stay in your room for a couple of days, alright? We don't want you falling every 5 minutes now do we?" Kanae chuckled. "Let me go grab your medicine!" She said in a cheery tone and left me in the room AGAIN.
'Alright..so Kanae is too optimistic for her own good- hmm..does she not know I hate taking medicine..?-'
"Ara ara, I know you hate taking medicine, sweetheart. But you must take it if you want to feel better!" She said as she clutched two bottles and plopped them on a corner top. "For the first one, you take one pill. For the second bottle, you take two pills." I slowly nodded my head. "Alright then! I'll let you take your time! Just please take the medicine." I responded with an "mhm.."
Then she left. I stared at the medicine she gave me. 'It seems suspicious-'
Then I grabbed the first bottle and opened it. I took a good look at it. 'It seems ordinary to me..' I took one pill and placed the bottle back on the corner top. I then swallowed the pill. 'eww-'
I then held the other bottle and took two pills out. I swallow the pill. I wanted to gag so badly. 'This medicine sucks..-' "Bleh.."
I placed the other container on the corner top.

!~ONE WEEK LATER~!
Kana's POV:
I'm currently in the garden, looking at the plants that have been growing for months. Butterflies were all around me. It felt lively. I've never had some time for myself since Shinobu and Kanae are too overprotective of me.
I sough. 'I wonder what they're up to.' I thought to myself while a butterfly landed on my finger. I smiled. "Moshi Moshi!~ We're home!" My ears perked up(?) and headed back inside.
"Neesan!" I smiled while engulfing them in a hug. "I looked at this strange little girl. "Kanae-oneesan? Who is she..?" I asked. "Ara ara, she's your new little sister!" I smiled. "Moshi Moshi! What's your name?" I asked while kneeling in front of her.
"Kanao.." she said lightly. "Ara ara, what a beautiful name! Let's get you cleaned up now!" I smiled while standing back up, facing my two elder sisters. "I'll go clean her up! You guys can do whatever you want." They shook their heads.
I then grabbed Kanao's hand and headed to the bathroom(?) I started to run the bath. After a few minutes, I closed the water hose(?) "Alright, Kanao! It's time to take your bath!" I said in a cheery tone. She nodded her head and started to take off her clothes.

After helping to brush her hair, I tied it up and placed a butterfly pin on her head. "Ara ara, you look marvelous!" I smiled. "Let's go back to oneesan!" I extended my hand towards her and she happily grabbed it. We both headed to the main part of the butterfly estate.
"Oneesan! Kanao is all cleaned up!" They both turned around to face the two girls, holding each other's hands. "Ara ara, it seems you guys are quite close. Since she doesn't seem to express a lot of emotions towards Shinobu and me."
"Huh-" I looked at Kanao then looked back at Kanae. "I guess we are" I smiled sheepishly.
