"HURRY UP LYNX, ELIZABETH AND Phoenix are waiting out in the common room!" Blair cried Lynx while she was braiding her hair in the bathroom,
"I'll come, you go!" She yelled back in response, Blair sighed and rolled her eyes, she straightened her skirt and stepped outside their dorm into the common room without Lynx, she witnessed Pheonix talking to Elizabeth and a little blonde-haired girl beside them,
"Oh hello lia," Blair said to the little girl, Ophelia was a blond-brown-haired with bright blue eyes girl who was in the first year like Blaise and Draco, she used to be the neighbours with the Zabini until two years when Ophelia's dad got remarried because her mother died, there was no doubt William Pearl and Dahlia Pearl were truly in love before dahlia passed, he was broken and wasn't able to look after both his children, Christian Pearl Ophelia's brother who was the best seeker of Churdley Cannons or in history just at age 18, Ophelia smiled slightly at Blair, she looked little pale and her right hand covering her left hand Blair very well knew what was wrong with her,
"Hello, bug" Ophelia tried to joke remembering four years old herself naming Blair a bug because Blair named a butterfly 'bug' in their backyard, Blair chuckled, Elizabeth and Pheonix were staring at them in a state of confusion,
"Beth do you mind showing Pheonix to the great hall I'll be there with Lynx in five," Blair asked, Elizabeth nodded and slightly walked away with Phoenix, Blair turned towards Ophelia,
"It's her isn't it?" Blair asked her eyes fixed on Ophelia's right hand, Ophelia nodded while her eyes starring at the floor
"I knew it" Blair whispered while kneeling in front of the small girl and taking her hand in hers, she noticed the red mark on the back of her hand, it didn't look fresh but it was looking painful, Blair looked at her, and opened her mouth to ask he before she could she got cut off by Ophelia's soft voice
"The same day I came to school, she said I didn't deserve to live, so she did this in advance" Blair sighed
"I'm sorry, I should have never let you move houses in the first place, I would have stopped uncle William," Blair said Ophelia reached out Blair's corner of the eye and wiped the tear before it could fall quickly,
"It's okay it's not your fault, anyway it doesn't hurt anymore" Ophelia mumbled Blair knew she was lying before she could say something they were interrupted by lynx running downstairs into the common room
