First Day

Asher's POV

~~Dream~~
I was back in Godric's Hollow when I was three years old. Dad was walking with me in his arms with a tall, black-haired woman next to him.
"I can't believe it's Harry's 1st birthday already, you know..." The woman said.
"I know, it's also crazy to say that we've been able to raise Ash throughout this war and that despite having to go into hiding, James and Lily have been able to raise Harry." Dad replied.
"Yep." The woman said. They continued to walk in a comfortable silence. Dad knocked on the front door of a weirdly-familiar house, then we heard a voice through the other side of the door say - "Who are you?"
"I am Remus John Lupin, I'm 21 years old, I was born on the 10th March 1960, my son is called Asher Lyall Lupin and he was born on 7th August 1978." Dad spoke.
Then the woman next to him spoke. "I am Kyra Euphemia Lupin, neé Potter. I'm 21 years old my birthday is 27th March 1960, James Fleamont Potter is my twin brother, Remus John Lupin is my husband. My son is Asher Lyall Lupin and he is three years old. Sirius Orion Black is an dog Animagus and Peter Pettigrew is a rat Animagus."
(A/N: I don't know Pettigrew's middle name and I can't find it anywhere)

The door then opened to reveal a kind-of-tall red-headed woman stood behind the door.
"Come in you two! It's nice to see you again!" The woman said.
"It's nice see you too Lily," Dad said.
"James! Get Harry!" Lily yelled up the stairs. "Remus and Kyra are here with Asher!"
Then there was a yell from upstairs - "Coming!"

Then a tall man with messy, black hair, brown eyes and glasses rested on his nose appeared at the bottom of the stairs holding a small boy in his arms.
"Do you guys want any drinks?" Lily asked as James walked into what I assumed was the living room.
"Sure," The black-haired woman, who might be my mother, said as Dad walked with little me into the living room. He put him down and let him wander around the room, knowing he couldn't really go far, I guess.

"Daddy!" Little me said, looking up at Dad.
"What's up Ash?" He replied, leaning down to me from his seat slightly.
"Where Harry?" Little me asked.
"He's here Ash!" James said, placing Harry down next to me and letting him crawl about.
"Harry!" Little me said, sitting down on the floor next to him. Dad and James then moved to sit next to us on the floor, Mum (Kyra) and Lily then came in, set the drinks on the coffee table and sat down on the sofa.
Then the door went and James went to answer it. He came back in minute later with another tall black-haired man with grey eyes.
"Sirius is here!" James exclaimed.
"Hey Moony! Hey Kyra! Hey Lily!" He said as he sat on the floor next to Dad. "Hey Moony 2.0!" He exclaimed, picking little me up and tickling him under the chin, making him laugh.

Then we heard an - "Ash!"
"Huh?" Mum said.
"Ash!"
"Harry's first word!" Lily exclaimed, gesturing to Harry. Harry had his arms stretched out towards me as he said it again.

~~End Of Dream~~

I woke up with find a Weasley twin leaned over me.
"You alright?" He whispered. "You were shaking in your sleep."
"I'm fine, just a dream."
"Okay."
"What time is it? Which twin are you and why are you awake now?"
"It's about half four in the morning, I'm George and I was thirsty so I was getting a glass of water."
"Alright," I said, getting up quietly and getting some parchment, some ink and my quill out of my bag.
"Whatcha doing?" George asked, sitting at the end of my bed now he had retrieved his glass of water.
"Writing a letter to my dad, I need to ask him something."
"Yeah, me and Fred'll have to write at some point. Bill, Charlie and Percy write at least once every couple of weeks."
"How many siblings d'you have?" I asked, beginning my letter.
"Well, there's Bill, he's eighteen, Charlie, he's sixteen, Percy, he's thirteen, Fred and I, we're eleven, Ron, he's nine and Ginny, she's eight."
"Holy crap," I said, making him laughing quietly, since it was so early. "I'm an only child."
"Take my siblings."
"I can't do that."
"Sure you can."
We ended up laughing quietly together then George went back to bed.
"I can wake you up if you want."
"Yeah, wake me up at sometime between half six and seven please."
"Okay. Have a good sleep."
"Same to you, if you get anymore."
