~Haley's point of view I was walking for knows how long down the city's roads. I really wasn't sure what to do, as I kept thinking while walking I realized I was coming up on a gas station. I thought it wouldn't hurt to stop to see what was in it. Hopefully none of the monsters like I had seen back in the one city's store.
The gas station looked overall small but it never hurts to look. I go to the front door of the store to see if I will open, but of course it looked like something was blocking the door, so no one can get in. I walk around to the back of the building to see if there is anywhere I could get in. I see that there is a small window that I could probably fit through. I grab a rock and throw it at the window, the window easily shatters having tiny glass pieces go everywhere on the ground. I grab the ledge of the window and climb in, only to fall head first on the floor.
"Shit...that hurt.."I look around to see I'm most likely in the bathroom. All of a sudden I hear a small growl, I look to see in the Conner there is a raccoon. I try my best to be intimidating to scare it away, holding my arm above my head to and making noises.
But that just seemed to make the thing more pissed of. I quickly try to pull off my bag to grab a small knife I had found while exploring the store, but in the process the raccoon had jumped and started to attack me.( I know raccoons probably wouldn't do this but eh 😅)
It leached onto the arm, making me growl in pain. My arm felt it's teeth sinking in my skin, it felt like a burning sensation and hurt like a bitch. I using my other hand I grab my knife from my bag and swiftly stab the thing multiple times in the head(Rip bitch raccoon) "Fuck.." I really hope that thing didn't have any diseases, but I really doubt it didn't. Well I guess while I'm at it I need badges too, if they have any. Maybe I could find some meds?
I grab and pick up my bag from the floor, and head to the small door. Luckily there was just a chair against it so I could easily pull it out of the way. The door opens with a small creek. The store seems like it's been mostly ransacked not leaving many items left behind.

I look to see if they had any medicine or just any medical supplies in general left. I look to see that most medical supplies is gone.
I was angry, I just got fucked over by a raccoon and now there's nothing left!? I see I table near the counter and I pick it up, since it wasn't very heavy I throw it at the window. With it making a loud crash. I had tears streaming down my face, it probably wasn't the best idea to throw it. But I was too pissed off to care.
After calming down, I look over to see that there is some cupboards under the counter. I decided it wouldn't hurt to check them. I open them up to see, not a lot of items but the one thing that mattered was there was bandages.
I internally scream "fuck yes!" I quickly grab them and wrap them around my arms and hands where the raccoon I had bitten and scratched me. While wrapping up my arm I had thought I had heard a noise from outside.
I have no clue what it was but I know I wanted to get out of there quick. I go to the front of the gas station,to move the box's blocking the front door and head out. I have a small headache but I think it's from being attacked by a raccoon. I look behind me from a moment to see a person? I blink for a second and then there gone?.. maybe I'm hallucinating cause if the bite I have no clue but I'm not going to worry about it.
That sure was a crazy encounter today..
