Forgiveness

(This part of the story is told through the perspective of Tatsuya)

My neck.... is in so much pain. All of a sudden the man with purple hair approaching me delicately touching my neck. It's starting to feel better.

Rukki: This will heal shortly, i apologise for the misconception of Kusuri's attack.

I wait until i can talk again before saying...

Tatsuya: and who the hell are you supposed to be?

Rukki; i am Rukki, that's all you need to know for now.

I smirk as i face towards Yasashi

Tatsuya: Yasashi! Weren't you telling me before that you wanted to tell Kusuri how you didn't want to murder him?

Yasashi: This conversation does not concern you!

Kusuri's goes silent for a moment before speaking up

Kusuri: is what he saying true?

Yasashi: it is.

Kusuri: i now know what you did wasn't out of spite, you are being controlled Yasashi and you have to come to terms with who you are.

Yasashi: I don't want to live as a killing machine-

Kusuri puts his hand on Yasashi's shoulder

Kusuri: you must forgive yourself, Yasashi. I'll give you some time to think about it

And with that, he and Rukki ascend back up to heaven. Yasashi grabs my neck and screams at me

Yasashi: That whole mess was has NOTHING to do with you!

Tatsuya: But it became my problem when your brother stabbed my in the neck!

He is silent before letting me go, what will the future hold for us?

Yasashi: Rei will never forgive me.

Tatsuya: how can you say that when, as Kusuri said, you can't forgive yourself?

I knew the guy had been fed a lot of information so i let him take it in as he goes on a mission to redeem himself...
