Dear Pansy

We weren't extremely close, but I would have still called you a friend.

When I got sorted into Slytherin, you were the one who offered for me to sit with you. You introduced me to Draco and Blaise. You were the one who let me share a dorm with you and you were the one to show me round the school.

When I found out you had a small crush on Draco, I was hyping you up so much and trying to find out if he liked you back.

We had so many conversations each night before going to bed and woke eachother up if we lied in. We made sure each of us didn't sleep in and miss lessons.

We didn't write to eachother during the holidays. I think our friendship was more of an in school thing. But, you were my only friend in Slytherin and I was grateful you let me in.

We had every class together and sometimes the teachers partnered us up. We always tried to achieve the best grades. Sometimes we did and sometimes we didn't.

"Pansy, did you get a letter?" Draco asked her as he walked into her room. She was as white as a ghost and felt slightly sick. She looked over at Lyla's empty bed and ran towards it. She starting hugging the bed, reminding her of Lyla.

"I'm guessing that's a yes. You can finish yours, I'll be here when you do" and Pansy nodded.

This was a big mistake.

We did quite a lot together eventhough we weren't the closest of friends. We got butterbeers a lot and shopped for new clothes. We had a few inside jokes that were always funny and we had specific foods to eat on different occassions. I had fun around you.

When I found out you and Draco started dating, I was over the moon and seeing you happy made me smile. Your laugh and smile was so contagious.

I saw you and Draco kissing and holding hands which made me so happy. You always had a little crush on him and I think he always had one on you.

You invited him to eat lunch with us and I didn't have a problem with him at the time so it was ok. He was actually quite nice and talked more to me. I hope he treated you nice to your face because he certainly didn't behind your back. We'll get to that later.

When summer came around, you actually sent me a letter which made me happy as I didn't think you would write to me. I replied back, obviously.

We still talked when we went back to school. We still hung out as usual. You were one of the only people who didn't ignore me and for that I was grateful.

I told you that your boyfriend and my cousin, Draco, invited me to his house for the weekend. You were so excited that he was trying to be friendly as you wanted us all to be friends. I was happy I was invited to his and you told me to tell you all about it.

Friday and Saturday were quite fun. His house is massive and extremely detailed. I'm sure you know anyway as you have been there before.

I came back to Hogwarts on monday, all frightened and nervous. You saw me looking pale and quiet.

"Hey, how was your weekend?" you asked

"I have to tell you something. Please don't tell Draco"

"I won't"

I started to cry and you asked me again what was wrong.

"He raped me, Draco raped me"

"What?"

"We were in his bedroom and watching a film. He then raped me"

"Stop talking nonsense. He would never do that"

I kept trying to tell you, but you never listened. I just needed someone to talk to about it. All I needed was a friend.

Pansy looked at Draco with wide and angry eyes. She saw his letter in his hand and snatched it from him. Pansy started reading it while Draco sat there, looking green.

"GET OUT, NOW!" yelled Pansy at the top of her voice. She grabbed him and pushed him as hard as she could out of the room. She felt tears streaming down her face. Never in her life had she felt this guilty before. She couldn't believe she backed up a rapist.

Pansy walked out of her room to catch up with Draco. He saw her and turned around.

"Pansy i-"

"DON'T EVER SPEAK TO ME AGAIN. WE'RE OVER YOU FUCKING SLAG"

After reading this letter, I hope you find it in your heart to believe me. I do hope you eventually stop talking to Draco, he doesn't deserve you. Not many people do. You were always so kind to me. You just chose your rapest of a boyfriend above me. However, Draco never had the idea of raping me. It was someone else's.

I have no regret on telling you this. Draco Malfoy is a death eater. His whole family are, and I was too.

I had nothing left, so I joined them. I did regret it in the end but that doesn't change the fact I joined them and pretended to be on the good side.

I hope you can forgive me for that, just like I forgive you for everything. Draco was manipulating you like he does to everyone around him. I really hope you read his letter and see the type of person he really is.

Please get out of that relationship while you still have the chance. I don't want you dating a rapest.

Don't forget the fact that he cheated on you, as well as raped me. He hurt us both.

I hope you find a change of heart. Please tell people what he did. I don't want other girls to went through what I did.
