Chapter 11

We've been exploring for about 5 minutes and we're done with the top-level since there is barely anything there.

Camden turns the camera on again and starts talking

"Alright we've been on the top floor for about 5 minutes and there is really nothing interesting so we are going to go to the main floor.

We walk over to a doorway which we assume is a stairwell. Cole carefully opens the door to reveal a partially broken staircase

"Alright so I think we can make it over that gap, I'll go first to see if it's possible," my idiotic twin says handing the camera to cole, carefully stepping onto the stairs

"They feel sturdy"

"Now you just have to make it over the hole," I say

"Alright," he says getting ready to jump

He jumps over it and I let go of the breath I didn't know I was holding

"Alright, who's next?"

"I'll go," I say stepping onto the steps that start to creak

"Camden these are not sturdy at all," I say

"Maybe I loosened them up when I jumped," he says grabbing my hand to help me jump over

I jump and he partially pulls me over and wraps an arm around my waist, protectively to make sure I don't fall backward.

"Whoever is next be careful please," I say

"That will be me," Ava says carefully stepping onto the first step

Camden sticks his hand out for her to grab. She takes it and jumps over the whole. When she gets on the other side it starts to get crowded so Camden tells Ava and I to go start looking around to film on one of our phones. Ava pulls hers out and we start to walk down the rest of the staircase.

"Alright guys Cam told us to start looking around the lobby since there wasn't enough room on the staircase," Ava says

"To be honest I might just go to the basement and go explore there because I feel like that would be the most interesting and the places where there are less homeless people lurking around" I whisper

"Addison don't say that" she whispers, yells smacking my arm.

"Well it's true" I say in a defensive tone

"You're so annoying" she gronas

"Oh shut up, you love me" I whisper, smirking

"Yeah, yeah let's go I want to see if we can find any files about someone of the people they experimented in" she says giving me the flashlight to hold so we can see where we are going

"Those might be in the basement" I say

"Well we can still look up here and see what we can find" she says walking over to the receptionist desk and hopping over it.

"Shouldn't the boys be done getting over the stairs by now?" I ask hopping over the counter after her

Before she could answer I hear the three of them coming our way so I squat down and pull her with me signaling for her to be quiet. She looks confused for a minute but finally gets what I'm telling her and gets the phone ready.

"Alright guys we finally got over the stairs and now we're looking for the girls who shouldn't be far since we told them to just stay here in the lobby." I hear Cam say causing me to roll my eyes because he thinks I'll listen to him

"Ava, Addi where are you" I hear Cole yell

We don't answer and I stifle a laugh

"Where are they?" Grayson asks
