The secret twins

Prologue

-Nine months ago-

Elena Gilbert had been at the mystic grill drinking since she had a hard breakup with Stefan Salvatore. But little did she know the original hybrid sat next to her admiring how much she was drinking. He felt curious on why she drank so much. Then he spoke up to her.

" Hello sweetheart. Drinking your sorrows away I see?" Klaus asked the doppelgänger

" Shut up." Elena said taking a sip of her bourbon again.

" ah I hit a nerve. Well sweetheart whatever your drinking away I hope it gets better." Klaus said smirking at her.

" Whatever." Elena replied rolling her eyes

Then after that all Elena remembered was waking up in the hybrid's bed, showing him no where to be seen.

After a week she learns Klaus left town due to a werewolf he had also had a one night stand with.
But she began experiencing...pregnancy symptoms, which caused her to be confused, until she took a pregnancy test, which came back a truthful positive. This was the same week the original hybrid left town.

Elena only told Matt,Jeremy, Caroline, and Bonnie cause they were the only ones who were still left in mystic falls that she was still friends with.
Damon and Stefan left to New York since mystic falls had too much memories for them to handle. Elena felt alone after her ex and his brother left town, cause they still were her friends, dating either or not.

-Nine months later-

Elena had been rushed to the mystic falls hospital since her water broke. Jeremy was in a panic to get his sister there so she wouldn't have a baby in their house nor the car.

" Jeremy it hurts!" Elena shouted in pain

" I know Lena. But we're almost there I promise." Jeremy said glancing toward his pregnant sister. " Bonnie and Caroline are behind us Lena. Everything will be ok."

Then they pulled in front of the hospital, but Jeremy rushed to get his sister out of the car, which Caroline helped with.

" Ow ow. These contractions hurt like hell." Elena said groaning in pain.

" I know Lena. It's ok we're here now." Jeremy said.

After 4 hours of pushing and pain. The beautiful little twins arrived in the world. Caroline and Bonnie were in love when they held the twins in their arms.

" Lena they are so adorable. I might have to steal one of them." Caroline said giggling looking at the sleeping newborn in her arms

" A boy and a girl Lena. What are you naming them?" Bonnie asked handing Elena the baby boy.

" Hm.. Grayson Elijah Gilbert. And Charlotte Jenna Gilbert. Since Klaus doesn't know of them. I won't give them the Mikaelson name. But that's not the real reason. The Mikaelson's are a hated family amongst a lot of vampires." Elena said

" I'm aware it's like a huge target on their backs." Bonnie said. " but perfect names for them. It matches them perfectly."

" Thank u Bonnie." Elena said smiling at her friend.

" Your welcome Lena." Bonnie said sending a smile back to her friend, who was looking down at her son.
