If the ending was confusing here's the explanation:
Killua was hallucinating.
Hisoka instantly killed Y/n after Killua went to save Alluka.
So when he sliced Y/n's neck, she died immediately.
Nanika did wake up and throw Hisoka and Illumi down the hall, but Nanika didn't heal Y/n because she was already dead.
Anyways that's the end of this story.
