These violent delights have violet ends
And in their triumph die, like fire and powder, which, as they kiss, consume.Romeo and Juliet, Act II, scene VI

"So spin that wheel cut that pack, and roll them loaded dice.""Um... Metallica?"
"Nope."
"Iron Maiden?"
"Wrong again."
"Okay just tell me."
"AC/DC obviously. Are we even related?" he asked, pretending to be hurt.
"You would know better than me."
"More or less."
You glared at him.
"Dad."
"Sorry, no dead mom jokes."
"You would think that would be obvious." you said to him.
The toaster dinged, and you pulled out the warm strawberry pop-tarts for your Asguardian friend.
Thor was more of a uncle, maybe even a big brother. You weren't really sure what to call him but friend would do for now.
"Here you go, Thor." you said, giving him a sweet smile.
"Thank you little Stark. Anthony, you have raised a fine young lady here." the God told your dad.
"I try." he said with a fake smile, sipping his coffee.
Having all the Avengers back in the tower felt weird. You weren't used to it. For a while it was just you, your dad, and Pepper. It wasn't until recently that Nick Fury suggested that they all stay in one compound, making it easier for missions and such.
It's not like you were complaining. You loved the Avengers like a family. Sometimes you just felt
like it was forced. Your mom died when you were four after a horrible alien attack on California, you were sent to live with your biological dad. Tony.It took time for you and him to create a real and loving bond. Now he's your favorite person, but it doesn't come without some fatherly trauma. The point is, earth's mightiest hero's have been in and out of your life, and you were used to people leaving.
Only a few of them had moved in fully. The rest were using today to get all their stuff into their 'levels'. Your dad gave everyone their own floor for privacy reasons, and of course the cost wasn't a problem. You dad and Pepper were at the very top, and you were right below them. Your dad told you Steve would be moving into the one under you along with his "unstable friend". You didn't know who the friend was, but you loved Steve so you didn't mind. Your dad said they were sharing a room because his friend had ptsd from 'war'.
Bruce was your dads good friend, and you liked him a lot. He always offered to help you with school work and tell you about what he was working on. Being a Stark meant finding shit like quantum physics interesting and exciting. Natasha and Wanda were like sister/aunts. They always wanted to hang out with you and do fun things, which you were very appreciative of. Your dad had a habit of dismissing you, and Pepper, bless her heart, was busy 8 days a week so when Nat and Wanda ask you to go somewhere with them, your heart warmed with adoration.
Clint was only here sometimes, because he preferred to stay with his family and no one, not even Nick Fury was gonna deny him that. You honestly didn't know Clint that well, but he was the type of person that made you feel like you've known him for 20 years. Loki made a appearance every now and then, but he was quiet. He did enjoy all the muffins you made though.
