Hana-Kotoba's Birthday

Happy 18th Birthday, Hanakotoba!

The date was March 1st, 2021. Let's see what's happening at Future Tone High School right now. Hana was walking to her second period class, when all of a sudden, she bumped into someone. The one she bumped into was none other than Clarise Sanō (Chat Noir).

Chat Noir: Oh, hi Hana!

Hana-Kotoba: Hey, Clarise. Gomen.

Chat Noir: It's fine!

Hana-Kotoba: Okay.

Both girls heard the bell ring.

Chat Noir: I better get to class.

Hana-Kotoba: Yeah, me too.

Chat Noir: See you at lunch?

Hana-Kotoba: Yeah, totally.

Clarise and Hana went their separate ways.

Meanwhile, at lunch, Hana walked into the cafeteria. The lunch ladies saw her.

Lunch Lady: Hey, there's the birthday girl! Come over here.

Hana-Kotoba: Yes?

Lunch Lady: Since today is your special day, you get a free slice of birthday cake on us.

She laid out a plate with a slice of birthday cake. Hana took it.

Lunch Lady: Enjoy.

Hana-Kotoba: Arigatou. Also, how did you know it was my birthday today?

Lunch Lady: The morning announcements, sweetie.

Hana-Kotoba: Oh. Of course.

Lunch Lady: Go and sit down now.

Hana went over to sit with her lunch. She saw Clarise looking jealous over her free slice of cake.

Hana-Kotoba: What?

Chat Noir: That just makes me hungry for cake now.

Hana-Kotoba: It's my birthday today, not yours.

Chat Noir: I know. Happy birthday, Hana.

Hana-Kotoba: Thanks.

And so, the girls ate and talked together.
