IX. What a Sight

I published it again guys, because it unpublished itself that's why i really post my chapters immediately after completing them to avoid getting erased while they are still in drafts.

Minnie woke up with her body sore. Groaning, she squinted her eyes to the blinding light the bulb was giving up on the ceiling. Waking up in an unfamiliar room, she started to remember things that just happened yesterday.

'Right. We're in Cho's cabin-mansion.

'There were zombies in school, and we are stuck here.'

'And I don't know where my family is?!.'

Minnie was practically filling her mind with worries that she frantically sat up in the bed, shaking it lightly, causing the girl beside her to wake up. But she didn't notice since she was still thinking and spacing out. Yuqi looked at her girlfriend, stress and frustration shown on her face.

She slowly reached her hand, and interlocked it with hers. Minnie finally looked at her, and she smiled in contrast to the frown hanging on the Thai's lips.

"What's bothering my baby this early in the morning, hm?." She sweetly asked, which made the Thai scrunch up her face in return that made the Han girl laugh heartily, which also caused for Minnie's face to soften.

"That's really sweet and disgusting to hear, Wooks." Minnie told her, and it was now Yuqi's turn to pout, making the other girl grin.

"I was just worried, hmp. And I really don't like that nickname." Yuqi ranted.

"I know, I know. But I'm older, so I should be the one who's acting more responsible. I promised to your parents that I won't really give you problems, your their spoiled child." Explained Minnie.

"We're a couple, unnie. Ofcourse, I would be taking care of you also." The Han girl replied, pulling the other girl close and cuddling her.

They stayed like that for a couple of minutes, until Yuqi's stomach growled and Minnie's phone rang.

"It's Soojin." Says Minnie after reading the name of the contact. 'Soojin Eomma💙'

On the phone:

"Good morning, Soojin-ah. You need something?."

"Oh, not really, unnie. I just wanna tell you to wake the others. I cooked breakfast."

"Wow, you're much more responsible than me and Miyeon. Are we going to give up our unnie titles sooner or later?."

"You don't really have to, as long as I don't have to be the one to go to each rooms and drag you to the dining room."

"Yah! Seo Soojin!."

"Ahahaha, I'm joking unnie. You're the one who said it. Come now before the food gets cold."

"Okay, Mommm." Yuqi teased.

"Yah! Song Yuqi!."

"Ahaha, bye now Soojin-ah."

Hang up.

"Come on, Wooks. Let's go get the others, and I heard your stomach growl earlier. Soojin called in such a good timing, really."

"Yeah. Unnie's really responsible." Yuqi replied as they tidy their bed, and left the room right after.

"You go wake Shuhua and Somi, I'll get Miyeon and Soyeon." Minnie ordered and they separated.

"Wait, you know where Miyeon-unnie's room is?." Yuqi asked surprised.
