X. A bit awkward. Part 1

Soyeon was woken by the sound of a camera shutter. She started to open her eyes only to be met by Miyeon's angelic features.

'How can someone not fall for this beauty?' She questions herself.

*Click* *Click*

She once again heard making her head turn to the source of the sound. She found Minnie holding her phone in such an angle that made her so sure that the Thai was taking pictures of her and her so-called (fake)girlfriend. But what took her attention away from the Thai was the girl behind her, whose eyes were looking at her and the girl beside her with hints of sadness and jealousy in them, turns away after being met by Soyeon's curious ones.

"Good morning, Soyeon-ah." Minnie greeted with a teasing smile on her face, that made Soyeon feel embarrassed early in the morning.

"Good morning Minnie-unnie, Shuhua. What are you both doing in here, so early in the morning by the way?."

"Oh, Can't we visit you and greet you just to say good morning? Are we disturbing something?." Minnie asked while still having this teasing grin on her face that is irritating Soyeon.

"I didn't said anything. And ofcourse you can." Soyeon replied gritting her teeth, when she felt the hold on her waist tighten for a bit.

"What's with all the noise, Soyeon-ah?." Miyeon mumbled softly with her eyes closed and snuggled closer towards the blonde.

The cute gesture didn't go unnoticed by the three.

Soyeon was never one for cuddles, that's why their friends was so surprised when they found out she and Miyeon are (fake)dating. But it doesn't mean that she doesn't like it. Since she has a small outside appearance she was always worried that she would be looked down upon by others. So she always built this strict and cold-leader aura that complements her abilities that she has tried to master for so long. She still cares for her friends, and a little bit of cuddles wouldn't hurt her image.

Even though most times she's awkward when it comes to skinships, this time, on instinct. She smiled and hugged Miyeon back tighter and more gently. She did this genuinely, forgetting about their plans to cherish the sweet and gentle moment for a while.

"Myeonie, wake up. We need to get up early." She sweetly whispered towards the brunette. Miyeon just squirmed and complained.

"Just 5 more minutes please." They all know Miyeon's 5 minutes would turn to hours when it comes to sleeping. Soyeon who's surprisingly feeling guilty if ever she tried to wake the girl did not dare to disturb her further. While Minnie doesn't really want to interrupt the girls' moment, but Shuhua's getting more and more displeased as time pass by while she's observing the girls infront of her, she finally took the initiative to cut the sickeningly-sweet moment that is unfolding and happening right now in front of her.

"Eh-ahem. We have more important things to do than just sleep all day." Shuhua said, loud enough for Miyeon to hear and wake up. Miyeon then untangled her arms from Soyeon's waist and tried to sit properly with her eyes still closed and a pout plastered on her lips.

The blonde and the Thai was abit surprised with the maknae's blunt statement. It also puts a frown on Miyeon's face.

"She only asks for 5 minutes, Shushu." Soyeon replied to Shuhua. Shuhua was also surprised with what came out of her mouth , she didn't mean for it to be harsh like that. But it's done, and she will face the consequences later on.

"No, it's okay. She's right. We need to contact my father soon. We have more important matters to attend to." Miyeon understandingly said, adding more guilt in Shuhua's heart.

"Alright, we'll go ahead and you two should prepare and follow to the dining room afterwards." Minnie informed and the (fake)couple nodded, then she dragged Shuhua as they leave the room, giving privacy for the other two.

"Sooo.....?." Miyeon started to talk, not completing the sentence, Soyeon raised her brows in question.

"Who should use the bathroom first?."

In the kitchen:

Minnie was dragging Shuhua, but not really grabbing her arm that tight. Shuhua was then preparing herself for a fit, when Minnie finally let go of her arms and faced her when they almost reached the dining room.

"What happened there, Shushu?." Minnie worriedly ask after escaping the awkward situation in Miyeon's room. She was also confused with the maknae's actions.

"We just really have important things to do than just to get a lie-in the whole day, unnie. We can't just be too carefree after what happened yesterday." Shuhua explained.

"I know but we are all used to Miyeon sleeping for extra hours, why treat her so cold about it now? And you know how she worked hard yesterday." Minnie reasoned out towards the younger too, which made the younger feel more guilty remembering all the things Miyeon did for them yesterday. She couldn't find herself to argue much longer and just lowered her head.

"I don't know. It just came out suddenly." Shuhua said with a hint of sorry in her tone, that made Minnie back off from questioning the girl.

"Maybe you're just hungry, go in the dining room first and eat, Soojin's already there and I'll go get Yuqi and Somi."

"Okay." Shuhua just replied like a sad puppy being scolded by the owner.

"But don't forget to say sorry to Miyeon after breakfast because it might still be awkward later, you can talk with her afterwards." Minnie suggested.

"Yes, unnie." Shuhua replied while nodding. Seeing Minnie go back to the main hall, Shuhua proceeded to the dining room.

Soojin was arranging the plates of dishes she cooked and prepared while humming. She was doing it happily, when she noticed movements behind her and flinched when she felt arms circled around her waist only to relax when a familiar voice spoke.

"Good morning, unnie." Shuhua greeted. She saw Soojin immediately as she proceeded and entered the dining room after Minnie left to get Yuqi and Somi, Shuhua was stopped in her tracks seeing her girlfriend does those kind of things, 'wif--(it's too early for that) girlfriend material things' such as cooking delicious breakfast in the morning in her oversized shirts and shorts, when they would cuddle up in the couch back in their dorm where Shuhua has her head on Soojin's lap while Soojin reads books and sometimes would take a glance whether to see if her girlfriend fell asleep only to find her looking at her, and Soojin would then give Shuhua a loving smile that would cause Shuhua's face to blush and heart to beat more faster each day they were together.

In Shuhua's mind, she kept thinking she can't help falling in love with Soojin more and more each day. As cheesy as it may sound, she can't help but smile so wide whenever she thinks of it.

Hey Yeobbun, its been awhile and im really sad because this is like only a filler chapter, and its not fine with me but im still working with this story, and ive been getting less ideas since i havent been updated with Gidle for awhile and it saddens me and breaks my heart only to find out that Soojin left or was kicked out by CUBE( i hope their company would just go down if they cant manage their idols properly so that potential groups that they might debut will go to other companies who has better reputation for taking care of their idols) , I feel like my story is not feeling whole knowing she's not together with the group anymore even though I have written this even before they were separated, as a tribute to our OT6, I will finish this and for the sake of Mishu shippers out there and my readers.💜💜💜Stay safe and Godbless y'all.❤️❤️❤️
