Orange skies - kiba

This is going to be on of the one-shots in this book so enjoy :)

You're POV

I was laying on the couch, staring at the wall when I heard a very loud knocking at my door. The knocking scared me I'm not going to lie I kinda though it was the Anbu pounding on my door, but it wasn't no it was Kiba and Choji. What gave it away was Kiba telling Choji to go away "quietly"; I opened the door seeing Kiba glaring at Choji with a Bouquet in his hand he was dressed nicely but it was a comfy nice. 

"Hello you two", I say smiling at the two boys well... three counting Akamaru.

"I'm sorry (y/n), Choji wasn't supposed to be here", Kiba speaks up looking at me softly. I chuckle and move out of the way to the the three of them enter my house.

"It's fine, How are you guys?", I say as I close the door. Choji says good quite proudly but Kiba on the other hand was still glaring at his friend. "Kiba I asked you question.", his head shoots up and his eyes soften.

"I've been good, sorry can I talk to Choji?", he says smiling and dragging his friend to the end of the hallway that leads to mine and my parents rooms, leaving me and Akamaru alone in my living room.

"Well then hello buddy.", I say crouching down to face the white ninja dog. I scratch behind his ear and he sits down smiling at me. I Stand up and walk to the kitchen which is connected to the living room the big dog following behind me. "Do you want a treat, we don't have to tell Kiba.", I say whispering to Akamaru even though he can't respond in words he responded by spinning in a circle.

I open the pantry and grab a few treats giving to Akamaru as Kiba walks into the kitchen Choji no longer with him, I'm going to take it as Choji was leaving cause I heard the door open and close. Kiba smiles at me and gestures to the bouquet in his hand, I shake my head walk to him grabbing it from him.

"Thank you bub.", I hug him and kiss his cheek, I let go and go to grab a vase as Kiba speaks up.

"I was thinking we could make dinner then go to our spot? To watch the sun?", I chuckle at him. I fill up the vase putting the flowers into the vase and setting it on the counter.

"You are you clique, Kiba.", I say poking his cheek, "but yes I would love that. Let me go put some sweats or something instead of these." I gesture to my shorts and tank top. He muttered something under his breath but I couldn't hear it and I didn't want to question it. I walk to my room and I go to close the door but Akamaru walks through the door and sits on my floor.

"Out please.", I say to the dog that it's sitting stubborn on my floor, "fine, at least help me pick out something to wear." I look through the closet then think back to the outfit that Kiba was wearing. I grab out a red sweater that looks just like his (see the matching out fit on the matching outfits one to see the put you picked out).

I kick Akamaru out and get dressed.

I walk back out to Kiba and see him looking at the photos that are on top of the fire place he looks up at me and walks over to me looking me up and down. "Spin?", this is my favorite thing he does. He looks over my outfit and makes me spin so he can see. I spin and he smiles at me sweetly. "Stunning as always.", I hit his arm my face going a crimson color.

He chuckles and then leads me to the kitchen where we make some Yakiniku (beef, chicken, etc. and vegetables of your choice). We make small talk as we eat but still trying to eat quickly so we have time to go to our spot which is just a spot that Kiba, Akamaru, and I found whilst hiking. And if you get there at a good time the sun can look a bright orange.

I set the blanket down on the grassy hill and sit down Akamaru coming and laying his head on my lap. Kiba sits down next to me and leans his head on my shoulder. "Hey baby? How was your day, you asked me earlier but I was too mad at Choji that I didn't ask you.", he says adjusting his head so he can watch the sky go from a yellow to an orange.

"My day was very slow till you came over, so really good. Thank you bub.", I move my fingers to run through his hair. And I look to the dog on my lap and I pet him.

"No thank you my day felt so long but it got so much better when I went to visit you.", Kiba says softly.

"I love you.", I kiss the top of his head softly and then turn my attention to the sky.

"I Love you too"
