You're POV (taller reader)

I turn the corner following my mother as she shops, she looks up and grabs a small bag of chips and turns to me.

"(Y/n)? Are these chips any good your aunt and uncle are coming to visit and they said we were doing some grill cooking", she says hovering the chips over the cart waiting for my approval.

I shrug only cause I have never tried them. I've seen them somewhere I just can't remember where, I look down the isle and see a purple/blue (I don't know her actual hair color) I look a bit harder and recognize the girl it's was Hinata reaching for a pack of variety chips. Her fingers just barely grazing the bag.

"Hey mom, give me one minute?", she looks up and nods looking back to her list.

I walk up to Hinata and put my hands on her shoulders, "boo" she jumps and turns abruptly.

"Oh my! (Y/n)! That is mean!", she smacks my arm making me laugh I apologize and look up to the chips she was reaching for and grab them but I dangle them just barely in her reach. "(Y/n)! Please?", she jumps a bit to grab the bag again but I raise my arm a bit more.

"Sure if you can reach them.", I smirk and look down at her. She frowns at me the hugs me tightly, making me lower my arm to try to hide my now crimson colored face. Then she snatched the bag from me and huffs in satisfaction.

"Fine fine you win how about I pay for those and you give me one more hug?", I say poking her shoulder leaning down a bit.

"No I can pay for them, thank you for grabbing them for me though.", she goes on her top toes and pecks my cheek and runs off. I blink blindly for a few minutes before I hear my mother's voice call me.

"Coming..?", I walk back to her still in my daze.
