"I have absolutely nothing I can say to convince you to believe me." Thomas says.

Silence befalls the room after this. Lord Xavier draws breath before speaking, however, is interrupted when the large Royal Guards who were standing on the other side of the large door suddenly enter the room accompanied by a man only Thomas recognized. The man, small in comparison to the guards standing beside him, wore a tattered brown cloak covering most of his body. His face was darkened under the hood.

Thomas smiled to see him and the cloak, which seems like forever since he saw it last. What made Thomas even happier though, was what the man was carrying in his hand: Lamina Morte, the Legendary Scythe held by the Angel of Death.

"I require Thomas Marshall, I have something of his." The man said in his deep voice.

Lord Xavier recognized the Harvester of Souls' blade immediately and stood up quickly at the sight. "Hand that to me. Now!" He commanded. The man in the cloak slowly turned to the King.

"My apologies Lord of Saefville, however I cannot do that. You already have a weapon of the Gods on your person. As you should be fully aware, a mortal such as yourself is unable to wield two divine crafts in one given moment."

Lord Xavier thought this over for one moment. "Very well." he sat back in his throne as the figure handed the scythe to Thomas.

"Never leave this behind again, do you understand?" The figure whispered to Thomas in an aggressive tone, a familiar blue eye shining through the dark of his hood.

"Yes, Slade." Thomas replied.

"Have you any further business in my court?" The king asked.

"No sire, I shall take my leave."

"An intelligent thought in the presence of an annoyed king." Xavier replied. "However, I require your name."

Slade looked over to Thomas, "I am Daniel Garnett."

Xavier silently thought over this, "You may leave."

Soon after, the large golden doors were closing behind the Royal Guards who returned to their posts. Thomas was staring down at the scythe thinking over what Slade said: Daniel Garnett. Who was that? Why was he important?

"You recognize the weapon you wield, Thomas. You know what it is." Xavier said.

Thomas felt a distantly familiar aura fill the room as the King spoke. It was reminiscent of the first time he met the king, years ago. That same intimidating aura that nearly brought him to his knees. "Yes sir."

"How did you acquire it?"

"It was given to me by Slade Aaron after he had relieved it from Arthur Boone."

The king narrowed his brow. "Meet my gaze, boy."

Thomas raised his head and met the king's eye.

"Your goal, what is it?"

"To travel to the Forbidden Woods and put a stop to the demon who is currently attempting to resurrect the soul of Arthur Boone who currently holds the title of Death." Thomas said quickly as sweat rolled down his face under the pressure of the king's aura. However, after he said this, the King let our a sigh and the intense power faded.

"I see, and you require none but Mr. Perinson's assistance?"

"I do not wish to endanger more lives than necessary. It is one demon, with the help of Angelina, we can hope to get some Intel on how to stop a demon, with Antonio's plate, we can read the Demon's moves and know how to counter, and with the two warriors behind me, Zephron and Drake, plus myself, we should have more than enough fighting skill to overpower the demon. All we require is Christian's brilliant strategic capabilities to form a plan of action that will end with this scythe through the heart of the demon."
