Harry Potter went for a midnight stroll like he usually does. He wore his invisibility cloak and walked past through the empty halls of the castle.
Before he knows it, tears were starting to fill does green eyes as he fasten up his pace. He entirely knows where's he's going since that's where he's been going for the past couple of days.
He didn't have his wand though, at the moment, he didn't need it upon the halls being dimly lit.
But he was going somewhere where the light didn't shine on him, he wanted to be alone at the time being, he wanted to let out all the cries and sobs that he's been holding in.
He doesn't usually do this but tonight felt like he needed to. He wanted to get the suffocating feeling that's been in his chest by crying it out. It had been always like that ever since.
He never wanted to turn to anyone, not even Ron nor Hermione. It feels as if he were just a burden, he didn't want them to worry about him and his problems. Instead, he cries himself over these and, in the end, he usually tends to stay calm and collective and if not he would cry himself to sleep and the next thing you know he's all enthusiastic and back to his usual self.
Now he'd reached his destination, it was pitch black, the torches were lit off but he can still feel the flagstone floor beneath his pyjama slippers. The place was still part of the castle but not really noticeable and that's why Harry liked it.
He'd have gone to this same place for several days just to clear anything off his mind or just... cry. It was a corridor, a fairly huge one to be exact, upon the 7th floor of the castle.
This corridor wasn't noticeable because of how it was always dark, even during the day. Students didn't pay much attention to it since it didn't really matter.
There weren't any classrooms around, it simply was just a corridor full of nothing, there weren't even portraits nor windows, it was just nothing.
He walked through the darkness and when he finally found a place to sit on he sat, more rather he curled up on the flagstone floor.
He took off his invisibility cloak since it wasn't really cold that night, and placed it beside him. And now the only thing you could hear beyond the darkness was his muffled cries and sobs.
The only thoughts passing in his mind right now were the ones where he'd failed to save his loved ones from death ─ the treatments that had been given to him by the Dursleys ─ the sorrow in his heart ─ and before he realises it he was hurting all over.

Draco Malfoy, a prefect in his year was walking down the empty halls alone, wand tucked in inside his robe pockets and was in duty to look around for students wandering the halls this late at night and prevent something funny happening. ─ If there were even some. ─
Through he walked the dimly lit halls. He reached a rather odd corridor on the 7th floor of the castle. He's sure he'd have just seen the other places with lights on but why did this one didn't have any?
He grabbed his wand from his robe pocket and quickly cast "Lumos" before stepping into the darkness, the small bulb of light in his wand lighting his way.
He was full-on guard whilst walking in case of something bound to happen. Then after a minute or so through the dark, he'd have heard a small sob. He swallowed and walked even more further to the sound.
Now, he knew he was getting closer as the sound became more clearer and nearer in his hearing, though it was muffled but he could make it out that whoever this was is certainly crying.
