taehyung cried silently as he helplessly watch jungkook protect him from his drunk ex.

they're currently at a dark and un-crowded sidewalk just right beside a bar where taehyung's drunken ex came from.

taehyung and jungkook were just passing by the bar but apparently, his ex saw him and ran up to him with an empty bottle which caused jungkook to immediately take action and protect taehyung.

the unknown person grumbled and looked at jungkook with a furious look while jungkook looks back with the same expression. "was i asking you, bunny boy? i don't think so and i don't care about you." he smirked.

"do i look like i care also? no. his consent fucking matters, dipshit. now go cry at a corner and never come back or else you'll be unconcious once i hear another word from you." taehyung's ex groaned yet he obeyed and walked away tipsy while throwing the empty bottle at a trash can.

taehyung flinched from the shattering sound of the bottle and pulled jungkook closer to him causing the other to soften his look. "hey, hey.. shhh... it's okay.. he's gone now. i'm here, tae." jungkook said in a gentle tone as he rubs his back in circles soothingly to calm him down.

"i-i'm scared..."

"shh... it's okay to be scared. just trust me. i'll keep you safe with all my existence. i promise you that."

months have passed by but jungkook had never broken his promise and finally began to prove his love to taehyung without the other knowing.

out of worry, he dashed towards their shared bedroom and when he entered, he saw a fort that is obviously made by taehyung whose currently in the fort watching movies in his laptop, laying on his stomach.

a smile made its way on his lips as he approached taehyung. he went in the fort and went beside taehyung before laying on his stomach also and watched the movie with him.

"whatchu watching?" jungkook asked, wrapping his arm around taehyung's hips only to pull him closer while taehyung snuggled to him. "pitch perfect." taehyung mumbled out.

jungkook hummed in response and began to carress taehyung's hips with his thumb. "lunch is ready." he announced but he only received a whine from taehyung.

taehyung paused the movie and looked at jungkook with a pout on his face making jungkook furrow his brow with a smirk on display. "i wanna keep watching." he whined.
