Taehyung stood up from his bed and unlocks his door as he engulfs Jungkook without hesitating. Jungkook puts his phone in his pocket and carried Taehyung as he closed the door.

He went towards the bed and laid him gently on the mattress like he's the most precious thing in the world. Jungkook fell beside him and hugged him tighter while he buries his face on Taehyung's shirt.

"I-I'm sorry, Tae... I'm so so sorry for breaking our promise..." Jungkook's voice cracked while Taehyung's heart shattered when he heard him. He rests his chin on Jungkook's head and rubs his back soothingly before closing his eyes.

"Shh... K-Kook... It's okay... It's all my fault." Taehyung said softly. He felt Jungkook shaking his head while his hair gently hits his neck. "I-It's not your fault, Tae-"

"Please. Call me baby."

"...Baby... It's not your fault. It's my fault... My mind hasn't moved on from her..." Jungkook cried causing Taehyung's shirt to get wet but he puts that aside because what matters the most is Jungkook. He started this because he overreacted a bit.

"I overreacted, Kook. It's my fault. I-I caused all of this..." Now it's time for Taehyung's voice to crack. He wants to stay strong for Jungkook. Just this once.

Jungkook moved upwards until their eyes met. He smiled and pulled Taehyung closer to him leaving no space in between them. "You're so beautiful," Jungkook mumbled.

"Your bread cheeks..." Jungkook leaned forward and kissed his cheeks. "Your boopable nose..." He kissed his nose. "Your temple..." He kissed his forehead.

"Your plump lips..." He connected their lips. It didn't take long when Jungkook pulls away after five seconds. Taehyung sniffs and looked at Jungkook with his teary eyes. "Your eyes that show your love and affection towards me..." Jungkook kissed both of his eyelids when Taehyung closed his eyes.

"I love you, Baby. Only you."

"I love you too, Kook..." Taehyung buries his face on the crook of Jungkook's neck. Inhaling his intoxicating scent. Jungkook sighed in relief and pats his bum gently and slowly to make him fall asleep.

"Go to sleep, Baby. I won't leave your side."

"Mmm. I love you, Babe." Jungkook smiled and closed his eyes while he goes downwards until he can bury his face on Taehyung's shirt. Taehyung giggled and wrapped his arms around Jungkook's neck as he plays with his long curly hair gently.

"I love you too, Baby. So much."

And then they both drifted to sleep in each other's arms.
