where in jungkook suspected that taehyung chose a wrong partner for himself. well, 'chose' isn't really a fitting word for what taehyung is going through.

this is inspired by a video i watched in facebook a few months ago (it's still fresh in my mind) and i gave the most closest hint on what this oneshot is about through the trigger warning and i'm hoping this warnings are enough to make you guys aware on what you are actually reading.

jungkook hums a song whilst moving his gaze to two items time by time, deciding what would be the best one among the two.

he finally decided what to get and as he was reaching his hand out, a different pair of hand was also reaching out for the same item.

they both halted their movements and looked at each other with curiousity. jungkook widened his eyes when a sight of his best friend, taehyung, with his boyfriend, jeongwu came into his view.

"oh. hi, tae..." jungkook mumbled and flashed a smile only at the aforementioned male, totally ignoring the glaring boyfriend.

taehyung was about to greet back when jeongwu suddenly walked away in a fast manner, pulling taehyung with him. jungkook's eyes followed the duo until they're out of his sight making him frown.

jungkook sighed in disbelief and zoned out a bit, his mind being filled up with taehyung.

they're acting weird...

after buying groceries before they can open their café, jungkook hurriedly went inside and jogged towards the back room where the ingredients are placed in the cabinets.

"goodmorning, kooks." the aforementioned male shoots his head at the person who called him and smiled at him.

he grabbed his bag, hanging it over his shoulder. "goodmorning, yoongi hyung." jungkook said before walking pass by him to change bringing a fond smile onto yoongi's face.

"he has been working hard lately." yoongi mumbled to himself and crossed his arms over his chest, heaving out a long sigh.

"taehyung's the reason why." yoongi rolled his eyes playfully and furrowed his brow at the smaller person, only by a centimeter, beside him.

his lovely boyfriend, park jimin.

"everything new that jungkook does is all because of taehyung. that kid gets inspired and motivated by the taken taehyung." jimin giggled and ruffled yoongi's hair while he landed a peck on his lips, making his smile wider.

"taehyung is taken but jungkook can't help his feelings, can he? now, come on, let's just fix some things and tell jin hyung that we're ready." yoongi nodded in response and with that, they walked around the café, checking if everything's settled and ready.

"have a good day, bud."

"the same goes to you, sir." jungkook said with a smile and bowed slightly. the old-ish man who looked who had a bad day at work, but got his soul lifted up again with his favorite drink from their café, smiled back and left.
