"Thank you have a great day" jughead says waving the 13 year olds goodbye. He walks over to their table and starts wiping it down. The bell to the front door ringed. Mindlessly he shouts "take a set I'll be right with you!" It was only him working tonight and the cook in the back. Sunday's weren't ever really busy.
He turns around to see two old pals from high school. He lets out a sigh and walks over to them. "What can I get for the 2 of you?" He asked dully, the two looked at each other and gulped down before looking back at him "vanilla milkshake please" she girl says "strawberry milkshake for me" the boy says as he nods his head and walks away "1 vanilla and 1 strawberry milkshake" Jughead shouts out back just as another person walked in. Jughead turns around and sees the girl "hi are you having take out?" Jughead asked "oh uh no I-I thought your supposed to order from here" she says with a little chuckle her voice so soft and calming. She wore a brown leather baker boy hat with a bright green ballon sleeved cardigan and a white cropped tinktop that ended just above her belly button and some chocolate brown pocket cord pants.
"Oh yea you can do either way I'm just use to having people order take out from here" jughead replies as she smiles "oh okay well then I'll just order from here, what do you suggest?" She asked. Her cute little Dutch accent made him smile. "You're new here aren't you?" He asked her "uh yes, I just moved from the Netherlands" she says as he smiles "why would you want to leave such a beautiful place to well..this" he says making the both of them laugh. Jughead stops laughing when he sees the girl at the booth looking at them. The girl in front of him looked over to her as well before looking back at jughead "ex-girlfriend?" She questioned "huh? Oh her?" Jughead says as she nods her head "yea..she's with my ex best friend now.."jughead says as the girl smiles "I'm Marley De Jong" she says as jughead looks back at her giving her his full attention and smiles "I'm Jughead Jones and yes you can laugh at the name" he says as she chuckles "here..this is my number, I hope everyone here is as kind as you" she says as he smiles "nope..it's actually quite rare" jughead says as she chuckles "your quite the jokester" she said as he smiles brightly.
After he took her Order and she sat down at her table and began to write with a cup of tea and jughead very own specialty that isn't on the menu the Oreo Truffles. Jughead walked over and brought the two couple their drinks. "Hey dude why don't you sit down and talk about the good old times?" The boy asked as jughead scoffed "what good old times? You know what yea sure" jughead says and pulled up a chair "why don't you go first betty what was your favorite memory?" Archie asked betty "oh mine was definitely the day the three of us and Veronica went to the water hole" betty said as Archie laughs "oh my god! Yea I remember that it was so much fun! Remember that time during that one midevil theme prom when cheryl and toni were running for prom queen's-" "-Oh Oh! What about that time when you two cheated on me and Veronica! Oh and all of those other kisses you two shared behind our back's! Oh and then my personal favorite one with Betty when she hid it from me for weeks! And then my personal favorite one with you was when you wrote that song about betty and had Veronica sing the song and made her a laughing stock of the town hens why she fucking left!" Jughead says letting it all out on them after months of holding it in.
