They call this day Valentines Day, some people call it "Single Awareness Day". I don't know why you know... Some people might like being single, you never know.
I woke up this morning nice and happy. Turned off my alarm clock and got up. I wore my black leggings, long white tshirt, black boots with gold rhinestones, a long grey sweater that is WAY too big for me, a cute scarf, and a beanie that says "Bored" on the front. I brush my teeth, wash my face, etc. I pack up my backpack and put my phone in the back pocket.
As I'm getting ready to let my dog Chance out, my mom opens her room door. She's wearing a cute fitness outfit (she always works out in the morning). We do our normal, usual morning stuff and chores and get out at 8am. I'm at school by 8:10. I get out of the car saying my usual "Love you" and waving away. I turn around and walk through the school door as my teacher greets me into the school.
I walk into the loud auditorium and see my friends acroos the room talking. I walk by them and set my backpack down. "Happy Valentines Day!" They all say, what? Today is Valentines Day? Oh! I totally forgot! My friend Erika laughs at my face expression. Soon, the bell rings and it's time to go. I'm starting BORING history class at 8:30. Ugh......
The final bell rings and let's out school. I sit down in my grade section with my friends and talk. Then my ex-bestfriend comes in and sits her stuff right on top of mine. I just ignore it.
Then her 'crush' comes and sits next to her and gives her a gift. I clearly know they like each other but they deny it. Like duh, you were the only girl who got a gift from him! Ugh... Open your eyes, jeez.
