Rachel being portrayed as a bad person
*This is mine*
First off, let me start with Rachel. Rachel is not a bad person at all, most writers who write AU's and other stories based on the Percy Jackson World, portray Rachel as the evil of the story and that's probably my opinion, and I respect that. But I'm just stating my facts/thoughts. Anna Beth Chase is jealous of Rachel because Rachel liked Percy and so did Anna Beth, Rachel did not realize Anna Beth's feelings towards Percy. SHE DID NOT KNOW. Hence she tried to make a move on Percy but in the end, Rachel figures things out once she becomes an oracle and she and Anna Beth become friends, very close friends in fact. When Percy was missing Rachel helped Anna more than others. In my opinion, Rachel is one of the best characters in the series. Not only authors but also most of the people I converse with express how much they absolutely Hate Rachel. I mean in fan-fictions that I have read Rachel is always the bully, or the evil character, or Percy's girlfriend just because he looks great. I mean Rachel's personality is NOTHING like that. She wouldn't ever stoop that low. So people have to stop portraying her as a bad person.
